But expensive. The cost of living doesn't help and some of the schools aren't that good in some counties. Private schools are making a killing in those counties.

If i left the city, it would be to nova for the schools but i dont plan to leave the city anytime soon

DC is good to live temporarily. Get in...buy some property...let it gain equity....meanwhile get some damn good employment experience. Then move back to a smaller area with a good job.
