It was only the first scrimmage guys. Of course the offense wasn't solid. However, I saw some good things. If the offense would have had a good day then everybody would be clowning the defense. From the front Page. SU, UAPB and AA&M had good offensive showings. Now either their offenses are great or the defenses are suspect. I prefer the defense to be stout vs multiple scores on offense. it builds a better team... If a new QB is working your defense its time to panic...

From the video I saw it didn't look like the defense murdered the offense to me. It looked like any other controlled scrimmage where you can't really tell which side is better. I did see some nice hits by the DBs and some receivers with pretty good hands, I got my eye on OMJ, but for now we need and eye on 6'7" up the road from us

Uhhh... our scrimmage didn't look bad, even offensively. The O got yards (two receivers not named Dan got 64,75 yds off three catches ) but the defense forced 5 + turnovers.
But you're right, we need to keep practicing.
What yall defense do?
