Jus like yall say TP never makes senses, neither does this. Yall act like yall was handing out the worse whoopings in history or somethin. Yalls team had problems just like ours and we have taken very good strides to fix them as I'm sure yall have too. Even fired old and hired some new people that have helped us get better but yall ain't seein all that tho since we still goin 0-6 huh? I guess yall whooping everybody next year huh? I guess yall gone be the next SWAC Champs huh? Yall can talk all day about everything JSU did wrong or how many games we gone lose but ignore and try to forget the fact that we beat the #1 team in the SWAC. Somethin NONE of the other 8 schools can say. Says a lot more about our team and our progression than it does yours.....but what do I know lol. This upcoming season shall speak for itself. Carry on with the foolishness.

Lol I could careless what yall say. Yall been sayin the somethin since the season ended, didn't bother me then and doesn't now. The only reason I said somethin was because YOU were the one that brought up the whole trolling and provoking convo, yet turn around and "provoke" someone from your school lol. All in all, worry about A&M and let TP talk if you got such a problem. Peoples logic sometimes smh

Exactly, they expect perfection from us but they are the ones who LOST their last THREE games...
 
Since everybody so caught up in what JSU did last season, how many points yall beat Alcorn by? The same team that skull drug most of yall to hell and back. Can yall answer me that? Since yall got so much to say abou how sorry JSU is.

Gotta go with my gut feeling. It's telling me that Valley will win their final 3 games on their schedule and build momentum in what will be their break out 2016 season. Call me crazy, but I warned you JSU folks about where Alcorn would be Hopson's 3rd season.

I think Comegy will find a way to beat ya'll again,(which I picked him to do last year), and take down AAMU. I picked JSU as a dark horse because I know there is still plenty of talent on your roster. JSU can easily be one of the most dangerous team in the SWAC. However, I don't believe in your head coach yet. I watched and listen to plenty of crucial decisions that cost ya'll games and made some games close that shouldn't have been. Also, I think many folks are sleeping on both MVSU and UABP recruiting classes.

We were young last season and had to grow up. As the year went on we saw a great amount of growth from the lions. Yes the QB is good real good just hope he can stay healthy, those transfer students will be a plus until our young guys get up to par.

Like I keep saying, things can change in the offseason, things can change 180 degrees. Plus this is the SWAC, all the teams hate each other so much each game is like a rivalry
 



JSU and Alcorn will be leading the preseason Polls for the EAST

GSU and SU will be leading the preseason Polls for the WEST

Even though polls dont mean SHAT but they didn.t get it right last year with Alcorn and SU going to the SWAC but now teams will work extra hard to get to the Celebration Bowl. Again this may be that Toss up year where Everyone gets beat by uNEXPECTEDLY..... Winners Record could be 6-3 or 5-4 again!

You warned us about Alcorn, but we are the only team that beat em lol. Thanks for the warning. Maybe it should have been the other way around?

And as far as Comegy beating us, we keep tellin yall and yall even know this already, WE HAD A BAD DEFENSE AND WE FIXED THE PROBLEM, yall even seen results (See beginning post) lol. What ain't yall gettin? Yall jus wanted/want us to lose man smh.

HJ is not your teams coach for you to believe in. He may be on the hot seat, but that's any and every coach that ever comes through JSU because our standards are just high like that and we ain't gone deal wit losing like some other teams. We know we have a team and we got HJ back and plenty of optimism in him for the season. If things don't go right, we gone send him to take over Valley's team when Comegy leaves lol.

Anyway, lookin forward to a more competitive season than last season. Hoping everybody brings heat, even Valley.

a lil FYI. we beat Alcorn last year too. Gave them their first swac lost as a matter of fact.

Right. So why ain't nobody talkin down on your team too? Yall have talent just like us and I know yall are gettin better. Seems like when it comes to JSU it's just pure hatred for whatever unknown reason. Everybody can get better but we can't. Smh.

They don't want to hear that... all they hear is OMJ is our HC. They always want to us lose... and they sooooo happy that we did last year. And why they think we gotta be worried about UAPB or Valley? I don't care what they say, they won't recover after the loss of Anderson THIS YEAR.. maybe 2-3 years from now. I am not even worried about Alcorn. JSU is 2-1 vs the great white hype!
 
What you guys are not understanding is that our defense was horrible. We still had a chance to win every game we played in the SWAC with a Redshirt Freshman QB playing his first season with a depleted O-Line that was putrid and couldn't protect him. We will be much better those same games that we lost in the 4th Quarter could easily be wins. JSU will be your SWAC and Celebration Bowl Champs.

I think THEY think that WE THINK, we were good... LOL
They don't know that we KNOW we sucked but they ALSO think beating TxSo and Alcorn was an aberration. They have no idea, it was simply a sign of things to come!
AAMU is bringing back the SAME sorry coaches and the SAME sorry players.... yet, they think they will beat the Mighty JSU? smh
