Because you are PV and while some of you try your BESTEST to say I don't know football, I could school most of you on a few things. Look at how Alcorn played. They have an aggressive, yet effective D2 style defense. THAT is what helped them. Simmons feeds off the defense. PV dont have defense and Simmons won't be able to do schitt. You had Orlando. You won't do any better with Simmons than Orlando. In fact, I am a bit baffled as to why you all didn't just name Orlando the HC. I don't see what you gained by hiring Simmons.

You all are gonna be utterly SHOCKED at the improvement of JSU. Our coaches were one game from being fired last year. It's a new year in Jackson. They have not been playing .. and since all we did was change up the defense and we ended the season on a winning streak, the kids have a new energy and they believe in themselves. You gonna see. We gonna whoop ya azz in BR AGAIN.. count on it!

I hate Grambling.. As much as I believe JSU has better coaching and better talent, we just can't find a way to beat ya'll stank azzez! lol I have to call TNState and GSU a loss for JSU just based on recent history but I ain't really worried about anyone else...especially not AAMU, SU or Alcorn. We won those beyotches!

YET, you all NEVER discuss football. You probably barely know how Simmons runs his offense. PV is not yet suited for that. In fact, Simmons would be a better fit at AAMU. You all should have kept Orlando.

A 3 game drop sounds about right. 1) You all are Prairie View 2) You're in a serious transition (like it or not) and 3) You all had better coaching last year than now and have become uppity and delusional because of a few mediocre seasons.

I don't think the 2nd place team in the East will come close to Alcorn....AAMU will fall to Grambling, Southern, Alcorn, Bama State and Pine Bluff.....

A drop from 5-4 to 2-7. Although we didn't have a spring session, we are a studious bunch. I admire what's in place, finally.

Please explain to me how your coach is better? Each of our respective teams flip flopped last season and the common denominator was coaching changes.

Keep in mind Fobbs and OMJ came in the same time, that shows whos better lmao. Also keep in mind how many games we won in 2013 vs JSU and how it flipped with the new coaches in 2014, that tells a lot about which coach and staff is better. I know Pride will blind you but the proof is in the pudding.

I think we overlooking UAPB, they are loaded with FBS and JUCO transfers. I hear their new QB is no joke! PV will improve, no doubt, but Grambling is returning 18 starters and added JUCO and FBS transfers to shore up some areas, and SU is loaded point blank period. PV coaching staff has some good pieces to work with tho. Fobbs has to beat Odums in 2015 to avoid the hotseat in 2016, not just to say we beat SU, but to advance to the SWAC Championship.
