Tech probably has included the band because tech doesn't normally pay $350x to FCS schools. Tech's norm for FCS schools is $175x. That's the amount Tech paid Northwestern State this past season. Also, Tech has probably taken into consideration SU's traveling fanbase, and I'm sure they have spoken to ULL and Northwestern State about their experiences with SU.

Tech ULL and ULM understand Grambling and SU aren't the normal FCS programs. ULM gives Grambling 350k in cash and tickets per game plus revenue from our own tailgate area. I hope Odums bring the boys by the Eddie Robinson Museum like most teams when they come to north Louisiana

Actually you got $250 and ended up hosting an FBS school, and basically paying them more than they would have made at home.

Distance from Baton Rouge to Ruston: 219 Miles
Distance from Baton Rouge to Grambling: 215 Miles

I'm just saying though...
 
I just hate the SU/JSU game in September... That Sun is Brutul.....with All them drunk Food-Full Ninjas in a soldout Mumford... :smh: :lol:

He made a statement a couple of years ago. Outside of Classics, he ain't really trying to work with us on that one TP. I think JSU and SU both complained to him about it. Because he seemed to have an attitude about it during his interview. Oh well. He can't even leave it in mid October for a couple of years. But yet other conferences can do it. I bet you will never see Bama and LSU playing each other that early.
