SU 2015 FB Schedule





Not thrilled

JSU in Sept 1st home game..(get there early)

Oh well..I may take that trip to Athens...we should pull off the upset if we play to win...yea I said

but we have some trap games...that Valley game will be one for starters

He stuck with Q mostly for the last few games so I'm not surprised. Played well against Grambling and started off good against Southern.

Hopefully if he is the QB for next year, he'll have a full spring and summer under his belt. OL should be better as well. Ideally let him start next year and then the recruits we have coming in would have that year to sit and watch and get usd to college speed

SU has most of everyone returning. Probably 2 losses at every position. *shrugs*

More than likely it is our HC. I'm not too thrilled at playing the WESTERN Division champs again for our homecoming, but apparently that gem of an AD we have liked SU beating us for HC in 2013 he agreed to have them do a repeat performance in 2015.:(

All the hotels said I couldn't book a room until August 1st lol.

V, since forever (or as long as I can recall), our homecomings were usually almost always held the first weekend in November, so alumni would always book for next year whenever they checked out. But over the last few years, homecoming was bumped up to the last weekend of October, once as early as the 3rd weekend in October. Last year saw our HC fall back in alignment, so I guess our alumni booked rooms for 2015.

Do you take 65N to PB (come through Lake Village, Dumas) or do you take Hwy 425 (come through Monticello)?

Oh....I take 65 to/from BR. For me, it's a straight shot (6 hour drive from LR). Monticello is about an hour from PB, but Dumas (Hwy 65) is about maybe 30 minutes from PB. If you can't get a room in PB, you might check them out. I think there are a couple of hotels in Dumas.
 
I'm late on this but you guys said that the commish had issues with teams playing each other around the same time every year? Why is that exactly?

Last time I lucked up on a room the last minute in PB, only available Friday night, someone must have cancelled, so I came back home after the game. I would rather drive further, and stay in Little Rock, Dumas isn't a option lol. Thats what I planned to do last time until a room came available while I was on my way.

:tup: Cool beans! My next suggestion was Little Rock. I mentioned Dumas because of the distance to PB.

If you do make the UAPB/SU game, please give me a call.
