TCU and Baylor would have to lose in order for Ohio St to have a chance (I don't see that happening)

Hell I might be inclined to slide Arizona in at #4 if they beat Oregon again (long shot to me)

The committee did say the 4 best teams at the end of the season......

If one of the current top four loses, Ohio St. would move into that slot more than likely. The only other school that is outside the top 4 is Baylor.

Which is why I think Baylor would take the 4 spot over OSU.... plus high scoring games make for great TV numbers.... plus revenge games.....

But that is contingent on if FSU lost which would drop them out... If both TCU and Baylor win, I see Baylor slipping in the 4 spot by beating K-State.

Ohio State is going to have a tough time beating a good Wisconsin team with their 3rd string QB. All but TCU will be tested next week.

1. Alabama could potentially struggle against a solid Missouri defense.

2. Oregon already lost to Arizona once, and it could happen again.

3. TCU should easily beat a horrible Iowa State team.

4. Florida State is prone to lose to anyone on their schedule, especially a tough Georgia Tech.

5. Ohio State will be using their 3rd-string QB in their biggest game of the year.

6. Baylor will be playing a very tough Kansas State team.


So don't sleep on Kansas State, Michigan State, or Arizona slipping into the Playoffs too.

Oregon has been the best team in the country the second-half of the season. Does that mean, they'll beat Zona? Nope. But it's hard to see Oregon losing twice to them at home.
