They would have to break the bank and remove that silly minimal anytime buyout clause in their next coach's contract to get someone to right the ship, which I think they can't afford to do. A $50k buyout to Comegy and his salary (approximately $200k) last season and a $69k buyout to Jackson and his salary ($269k) this season would have gotten their dumb azzes at least a halfway decent coach on a 3 year contract. If they buyout Jackson's contract now, in two seasons they would have spent approximately $600k for a head football coach. That's like $300k per season. What a damn waste of school monies. :lol:

The MIGHTY JSU can do that. They want to have a new coach in place for when they move to the Sun Belt
