What I meant is that it takes a certain type of coaching mentality to have success at certain schools. Do want a coach that is stern like like Broadway or even Saban? A coach who the players love to play for like a Rex Ryan or a coach that will talk trash like a Spurrier?

When I take into consideration The Jackson State University Football culture, a Broadway-Sabanesque personality is needed to coach at JSU for success.
