For $5 and free parking, they should have a big crowd. It's all about marketing.

MH. you never been to Alcorn have you? LOL

There are no High Schools there.. there is no easy crowd to draw from. People will have to get off work in Vicksburg, Natchez and Jackson and drive out there... It's not like Jackson or Montgomery when you have 10K fans 5 miles away.

I been preaching all year that Bama State is the most talented and best team in the SWAC all year, and I won't stop now. Bama State wins.

Noise talka took me to Alcorn one time... I just wanted to see what it was like.... I will say this the campus was nice.. but I use to think Tuskegee was country. Alcorn/Lorman made Tuskegee feel like New York City. It wasnt NOTHING remotely close to the school. I couldnt imagine driving there in the dark.

My fam is probably going except for the 80 year olds who have to come from Jackson and can't see at night.. LOL

if its close alcorn will likely win. close games give Barlow opportunities to lose games. bama state is not reallycball control though they will run at least 75 offensive plays. alcorn will not be able to run, and will have to win it in the passing game and special teams. Thomas has been a game changer returning punts 15 to 20 yards every time. bamq states plan has been pretty simple. throw sideline to side line early. make the defense wear it self out and then gash them in the run game. by half time nearly eveyone they've played thus far has been done. Sam Houston did it to them and they've been returnsng the favor.

I just watch the replay of ASU vs. SU so I could get a feel of what Alcorn does offensively. What they do well is run the ball. However Bama St. has two of the better DT's in FCS football. Plus I'm a fan of the Cyrus kid. Love how he runs with power and has speed. He is what we hope our RB's Hooks will be in the future.

dude my kids got two Soccer games at 6:00 and my oldest is cheering so I got to go scoop her up.. It's suppose to rain Thursday. Come on Rain...OH it's a 30 percent chance it might rain at the Corn Thursday...Rain and real turf will slow down Alabama State. Advantage Alcorn!!!!
