My only harping on PV is all the crap they were talking due to the success they had last year.....same thing you are doing and haven't proved anything yet.......i never said PV was world beaters....i just told themdon't think this will be a walk in the park because of our situation....and I'm telling you the same thing

Yep. No defense at all last season. Coach Yo needs a dominate D-line for his scheme to work. PV's only Gamebreakers were Brown(RB tore acl), Hebert(RB), and #1(WR graduated). They have no WR's lol. Stop Hebert #3, you win the game.

Pitre is okay at WR. Lovelocke has regressed. But you are right. They are not the same PV offense of last year. Yoshida needs some dogs on defense for it to work. And he is old at this stage. Folks always give him so much credit. But the guy who really did a good job as our DC was Mike Vite. I think he is at TxSU. Yoshida was only at SU for a year and I don't remember him being all that dominant at Gram. I mean he had a better team of defensive players to work with. But just don't remember them being nasty.
