we will be ok im just glad the freshman and sophmores are getting SWAC experience...

we had a lot of chances but made some key mistakes..congrats TSU

...and? Our QB is pretty much a freshman.. last year our best DE was a freshman. Your team just is not good .. maybe they can be but that offense ain't for ya'll. Put it on the ground.

For what mess? Dude your coach been in place for EIGHT years and has only been to the SCG ONCE! YES.. .ONCE! lol Im pretty sure that when I see the stats, my offense will have put up about 500 yards of offense tonight. Are we there yet? Nah, but we are certainly going in the right direction. We have the best offense and defense in the conference. We just make too many rookie mistakes. Ask AAMU about rookie mistakes.. :snicker:

We will fix it all up THIS year but this team will be hell once the players learn the system and they are not out there thinking as much. Ivy ran a WHOLE lot of plays tonight and I even saw him correcting some of the other players who were out of position. Some people think we need to simply the offense but I think we need to keep it all in. Ivy has more years with us.. let him learn by the fire!

..and please don't get it twisted, we STILL gonna kick ya'll azz! as usual! We might be Grambling Slump ho.. but AlaState is ours! :lmao:

Im sure the Alabama State secondary is as suspect as it ALWAYS is. We expose them EVERY year. They don't have a QB... all they have is Cyrus from Con-Air.. :lol:

Bama State also has a defensive and offensive line that can be very salty.

Come on TP, take that Tech victory and be happy. Y'all got lucky with FAMU. You can't survive on luck. Admit it's going to take time to implement Jackson/Chang/Burroughs system and move on.

Not in the SWAC bruh. The system is the system. I doubt they try to put more in this year. The offense put up 500 yards this week.. no -1 stuff but the KEY stat was JSU turnovers 5; Grambling turnover = 0. Without THAT, ya'll would be up in here shaking. But we have 4-5 weeks to get ready for ya'll and Alcorn. :D We just can't lose to any sorry teams like PV, AAMU, UAPB, or SU along the way.

..and we didn't get lucky with FAMU. Our offense being in the first game held us back from scoring but we went up and down the field on them.

I've bite. :read: Yes but the ATL and Charlotte airports are the hubs in the Southeast. Try B'ham. There are non stop flights from Houston (SW, United, American, U.S. Air, Delta).
