The compliance folks do not work for him. They work independent of the AD and athletic dept. They report to the Chancellor. Not the AD.

Will the NCAA declare you all the same they declared BAMA St with "lack of institutional control" or something of that nature? Playing ineligible players is nothing to turn your nose up to. I said some months ago that the NCAA will drop the hammer. It looks that I maybe right after all.

Ask DCG. I am sure she talked with someone at SU. Seriously that's how they have it set up. The AD is not the compliance officers boss. Instead of asking Will. Maybe they should ask Will's bosses why? If it was all on him. They would fire him on the spot.
