Since they have went back and suspended him again for the same incident, the NFL union needs to step in and fight for Ray. The NFL is only reacting to Social Media. Ray could have also sue the NFL and win this case.

This^^^...but all you who is acting like you were not on his side back then can just stop this this fake concern and outrage I knew that FM wasn't any good when he did the interview and didn't bother to first ask for her forgiveness before addressing all the other people he was trying to impress...Roger need to go too that white bastard seen that type and for the ass hole that said she hit him first you still don't know that even by this type...96 you saw that callous way in which he handle her too, she could have been dead after hitting her head, and that mofo only married her hoping to save his career and stay out of jail!

Ray could sue the NFL, but it will take a long time for a resolution.

As as far as the NFLPA goes, you had current players advocating for Rice's suspension.

What you said is true. But she should have dumped his arse too. She condoned the violence by marrying dude. Unless she said something that disturbing to click out like that. Which still isn't an excuse. She wanted that money and lifestyle or else she would have bounced after getting knocked the fugg out.

Which is why she should get dragged (no pun) as well. That press conference was her and Ray Rice's idea not the Ravens. Money not doubt had a role in this.

I said I wouldn't physically intervene. Others have said the same thing in this thread. Calling the police is one way to intervene. Never said that physical intervention was the main or only way

(I've have to do it before and would never do it again if possible)

What does that have to do with the NFLPA going to bat for him? They have to be like defense attorneys and fight for their clients regardless of public opinion. The NFL should not be allowed to repenalized a player based off of new evidence. They should have taken their time and obtain all the evidence before making the initial decision.

If there are members of the union who publicly won't support a fellow union member, how can the NFLPA throw their full support behind that individual?

Thank you! You DIDN'T say it! Anyone with common sense would know you don't have to physically get involved or break up anything. Folks are quick to whip out cell phones to take selfies, or text and/or send mess but can't think to call for help when they see another person in need.
