It is pretty obvious Ray has been beating her azz a long time. He is just swinging on her with no hesitation. And her dumb azz still married him. Aint no counseling going to help him. That shat is in his blood.

I totally agree ..... and how did this brother not get any legal punishment? Looks like the nfl definitely got it right with the new domestic violence policy.

What's even more upsetting is how he just casually looked down at her after he hit her, even when he saw her hit her head on that elevator rail. He just stood there. And when he attempted to drag her off the elevator, he dropped her, leaving her exposed and didn't even bother to try covering her body. And still just stood there; she had to help herself sit up. Thankfully someone came along and saw the state she was in & offered compassion & sympathy & helped her to her feet rather than just looking at her like she was some foreign creature.

Oh, that is bad. That's really bad. Horrible.

The NFL could not have seen this video if Ray only got two games. They just couldn't have.

Ray was the aggressor the whole time. And it looked like he spit on her, too.

you are right, he acted like this was just a normal activity for them. She could have been dead, he wouldn't have cared :smh:

I heard on the radio this morning the reason the NFL changed their DV policy and made it more strict is because they saw this video and admitted they got the 2 game suspension wrong.

I never saw how ANYONE could try to make Ray Rice the victim in this situation simply because of his size and occupation compared to his then fiance. Unless she was attacking him with a weapon...there was never any excuse for him to punch her unconscious. C'mon!! This is a professional football player with probably ZERO body fat and pure muscle...meaning even if she did hit him she wasn't going to cause any damage to him and he could have held her down. But folks always want to play the victim. :smh:

I hope they are getting counseling...separate, so they both can deal with their anger issues and reactions. He got lucky on this one from the NFL and the legal system...not so much the next time.

Ray Rice through his lawyer actually rejected Atlantic County offering 1 year probation, no jail time for pretrial diversion. He received forced couples counseling with clear record after. Fiance wrote letter in support of it.

That's because there was probably someone in her ear telling her don't ruin his career. And she literally and figuratively took one (or two) to make sure Ray Rice plays football instead of being locked up.

Disgusting... Both her and him. I would have pity for the "victim" but you get two pieced and STILL stand by ole buddy, you become a volunteer. That's all.

If he really plans to change, it would take some serious and painful counseling to see why he thinks that is ok to hit her. But for me I would break up with her as a favor to both of them, she slapped him first which tells me they abuse each other and think it is ok. I left my ex because she felt it was ok to put her hands on me, I broke up with her just because I didn't want to hit her back like this coward did. I believe that hitting a woman is just like losing your virginity, once you hit a woman the first time it is easy to do it again. Now my wife of 17 years may get mad but she has never laid a hand on me and I haven't ever hit or even grabbed her.Hope they get some help, but I don't see this ending well and she is setting a bad example for her daughter because if something don't change she may grow up and get an abuser or be an abuser herself.

You are so true with this statement. That is proof right there that he does not and never will give a crap about her. Even the most egotistical narcissistic man would have covered her up just so other men would not have been looking at his property. He was treating her like he just so happened to walk up on to a drunken striper. I tell young ladies all the time, when they want to listen. When it comes to knowing how a man really feels about you, never pay attention to what he says, look at what he does.

But it’s obvious with Rice’s wife, money is that so important to her, she will get knocked out for it, because she is staying with him. They have names for women who will do anything for money.
