Alabama is going to win the National Championship for the 2014 season. Period. End of story.

All of you who wanted a playoff are about to regret it. Why? Because now, if Bama loses a regular season game (like last year), they'll almost certainly stay in the top 4, and thanks to the playoffs that yall wanted, you're gonna have to beat Saban twice.

Never bet on Georgia, because Mark Richt's teams always choke at some point in the season (South Carolina and Florida).

What real defenses will they see? From the first weekend it looks like defense has taken a break in the SEC. The other thing is you better be able to match scores with these mofos too. From what I saw, only Auburn can match them maybe with the offensive talent that has some chemistry. Everyone else in the West is still trying to get there. They can run the ball at LSU and Alabama. But will either of those teams be able to withstand an onslaught of offense. Ms State and Ole Piss will find a way to screw it up. The East is pretty much Ga and Florida to lose.

Not so fast, Florida will have the best defense in the SEC, and one of the best in the country again.
 
Trill's backup was the #1 rated QB in the nation coming out of high school. He is a true freshman. Sumlin has a firm commitment from the #4 rated QB in this years class.

I still think they are overhyping the Clemson win... Without Boyd, Watkins and a few more pieces, they are not the game. Also, Clemson is NOT known for defense. Wasn't it just 2 years ago that they got 70 points dropped on them in the Orange Bowl?
 
I have been listening to Paul Finebaum show today and a lot of Alabama fans are whining about having an AA QB. Newsflash: Alabama issues on Saturday was not QB play. It was Alabama's defense that got ripped apart by West Virginia. That's Deuce people though. :lol: :emlaugh:

You mean they are complaining because.... THEY still love em tho! I bet they could hang people in the middle of Bryant-Denny and they would be in the stands cheering.

Florida has had a Top 20 defense since at least 2006. That is one side of the ball that Muschamp does a good job with for sure. You'll see when we shut LSU and Bama down.

This season folks were hyping up Clemson's defense because of some the players they had returning. They'll probably end up looking dominant against everyone in the ACC not named Florida State.

Man, by the time Florida limps into Tuscaloosa, the Crimson Tide will be ROLLING . . . Bama will beat those chumps by three touchdowns. West Virginia is better than Florida . . .

limping?

We play Eastern Michigan(that almost lost to Morgan State) and Kentucky ( who we have beaten 25 straight times) with a fully healthy team. And with us having a bye week after the game, the team can really go all out against y'all.

Our OC has full control of the offense. Jeremy Foley let Muschamp know that he better stay away from the offense and let them run that side of the ball if he wants to stay employed at UF. We will be fine this season.
