First Coaches Poll of 2014 . . . Guess Who's #1

White folks will damn sure forget your name fast when you are no longer their main attraction. :emlaugh:

That's true but it only hurts when you nagroes do it and you do it a lot faster than the white folk!

You just realizing that White folks are just Black folks with no melanin in their skin, which is how the word "wigger" was derived.

Look!!!! Is that Fournette and Harris parents over there? :emlaugh:

When is the last time Georgia Tech won a national title? Heck when was the last time GT was even considered a national championship contender? It must suck to see your former coach go to a mid-major program in UCF and make them more nationally relevant than Georgia Tech. lol

We probably have more national championships than Florida. Our last being 1990. Since you are pretty much a 7 win team, Tech would probably beat you. Real talk.

UCF is not on Tech level in any shape or form. Also, we don't have the same low academic standards as UCF. We only offer Bachelor of Science degrees or you have to study in one of the top business schools in the country. MOST schools would suck if they had to be us.. but have perservered!

Yes, he is the truth. LSU will be fortunate to hold on to him over 2 years. Think of a bigger Adrian Peterson and you have Fournette. You also have RB Magee that folks are forgetting about that will get drafted. Then you have Hilliard that hasn't been beat up on but just have been sitting behind so many good running backs over the last 3 years. LSU running game is going to be "on point." Of course I know Alabama running game will also be "on point" as well.

He has no choice but to be there for 3 years.

So that means Fournette's parents will get three years of the spotlight?

Yep. Lol. The NFL don't take you until 3 years removed from HS. So you have to be a redshirt Soph like Johnny Football or Vick was and what Jameis Winston will be this fall or a true Jr. I doubt LSU redshirts this kid since he is an impact player. So expect 3 years of hype unless he gets hurt or gets beat out by another RB along the way.

Damn!!! I hope that doesn't cause any hard feelings with the other knee-grow parents that have a child that plays for LSU.

LSU might be able to start another reality show called, "Real Life Tiger Moms". :emlaugh:

True........Les has already said he will get his share of touches this season.........We will see him in game 1 against Wisconsin barring any injuries.

You mean to tell me it has been 24 years since Georgia Tech has been relevant in college football? Ouch.

Dude Florida is better than Georgia Tech in EVERY sport. It would take Florida having a ton of injuries like last season for you to even stand a chance at beating us. And don't let us get rid of Muschamp, it would be over for y'all for sure.

Stanford and UCLA seem to have done fine for themselves so don't use the academics excuse.

You are so girl like...really who cares about parents spotlight that's great if they get it I just happen to be one of those parents who have had her spotlight on her own merits and don't need to ride the wings of #12 because he is the one who is doing all the work and whatever praise he get he earn I will stay where I have always put myself at the back of the room and admire the admirers acknowledging what I already knew...so Boo sorry I get jealous of none of the parents nor do I get jealous of the kids I love to see them succeed...now as I said Leo will need to prove to me he all you all have already crown him to be until then I stand by the other two RB's who I have seen their potential already and I stand by the fact that LSU at #13 is on name along and not talent...now move on with this girly baiting BS!

Florida last won the SEC in 2008 and last played in the SEC Championship Game in 2009. They were edged out by Georgia in 2012 when both were 11-1. Also Georgia Tech last won the ACC in 2009(which has since been vacated). Georgia Tech wanted no part of that 2009 Florida team. lol

I sure as heck hope you aren't bragging on your 2012 appearance in the ACC Championship Game when the team was 7-5 and finished the season at 7-7. lol You have to go all the way back to 1998 to find a championship that Georgia Tech officially won. lol

Meanwhile, Florida has won 3 national titles since Georgia Tech won their last one in 1990. Just stop you are embarrassing yourself.

.

So basically, we have won our conference and been to our championship game since Florida went to theirs? Is that what you are saying? That's a yes or no question. :D

1) Your 2009 title no longer exists since you all had to vacate it.

2) Yes you made it to the ACC Championship game in 2012, but even you aren't blind enough to think that GT was anywhere near relevant. You were a 7-7 team in a horrible ACC conference. And then were helped by the fact that both Miami and UNC who you were co-champions with both were ineligible for the ACC Championship Game.

I like how you skipped all over the national titles discussion. Also if want to, we can compare total number of conference titles since GT's national title win in 1990 too.

So from 1990 to present

Conference Titles:

Georgia Tech 3 (last won in 2009 but was vacated due to NCAA violations)

Florida 8 (last won in 2008)

National Titles:

Georgia Tech 1 (last won in 1990)

Florida 3 (last won in 2008)

No debate about who is more relevant in today's college football landscape. Now if this was between 1920 and 1952 (when GT won 3 of it's 4 national titles and 13 of its 16 conference titles), then you would have a point TP. None of us were around back then, nor were any of today's players. Ask anyone of them and they will tell you Florida is the big dog compared to Georgia Tech. Don't let the Muschamp years fool you. lol

sorry number1, but TP just can't help himself. He just finished bragging bout beating Duke (football Duke, not basketball Duke) and now he got the gall to try to talk to SEC heavyweights. :retard:

po kid knows damn well tech doesn't belong in a discussion with the big boys. :smh:

TP,
Why is tech still dodging big bad Middle Tn State????
:lol::lol:

Bottomline, you ain't got no more to brag on than Tech does these last few years.... You are a 7 win team tryna down my 7 win team. Who does that? Really? I am more than confident that Tech would beat Florida .. especially in it's current state. If Ole Piss couldn't blow us out and they are much better than Florida right now... ya'll would not even win.

...and thanks for researching Tech football.. I'm sure it's been enlightening...
