Jrock, you did it again. You have found a way to get Jayrob to show just how delusional they are.

Let me see if I can explain this in the best way I can to individuals who think they have big time program with an annual average deficit for the past 9 years of $1.15 million dollars. A school doesn’t generate extra revenue from cutting non-revenue generating sports. A school generates extra revenue from having a loyal fan base that purchases game tickets and an AD that is able to find the right opponents to generate the maximum amount of revenue possible.

To help Jayrob out, he really meant to say, SU save in EXPENSES by cutting non-revenue generating sports.

I'm still waiting for you to post that article from the NCAA that says Southern University teams are ban because of being academically ineligible, It's been a month now since I've requested it.

It was on a live show but they haven't posted the podcast yet. It was a sad indictment against the SWAC by a national syndicate.
He also outed su's program for not sending in accurate data which led to all sports being banned. It was even sadder.:smh:

Just shows how you fail to read between the lines but I'll have to break it down more since you're struggling.
The bottomline is what do you do with what you've accrued? You've CUT sports yet you stlll struggle mightily to make ends meet.
You got the nerve to brag about revenue, but what about the CUT sports programs you failed to reinstate SINCE you claim su's generating soooo much more in revenue?
Is it due to lack of astute money managing or are folks stealing from su's coffer?

You need to lookup the definition of revenue and then lookup the definition of expense. The two are completely separate budget items, whereas one is for monies GENERATED and the other is for monies SPENT. Cutting programs DOES NOT generate extra revenue, but cutting programs DOES save money by not spending it, which a certain SWAC school should consider as a means of cutting into its average annual athletic deficit of $1.15 million dollar per year.
