NBA Offseason

Re: Kevin Love rumors

You left off defense. It's clear that you know NOTHING about basketball and the chemistry of it being a team sport. Adding Love will totally kill the depth the Bulls have established this off-season with the addition of Mirotic, McDermott, Gasol, and Brooks. I don't see how Sting has went back and forth with you for this long... :smh:

If Love comes to the Bulls he'll do no more than Boozer did during his time there. It will be nothing more than Boozer 2.0.

Boozer 2.0? Boy O Boy People say the darnest things

Re: Kevin Love rumors

You can't be this slow.

Answer this question with your brain in your head, please.

You said yesterday that the Bulls should include Dunleavy instead of McDermott as part of package in a trade for Kevin Love, right? OK.

If you're an NBA GM, why is not trading for the No. 11 pick overall in the draft better for your team, but trading for a 33-year-old journeyman rotation wing player is?

Remember, insert your brain before answering.

As I've stated before, you want value when you make a trade with another team. I've stated that Dunleavey is proven and he has a nice salary that would be coming to an end by next season which would help this Wolves with cap space. You reakky need to think about what you post especially when nobody agrees with it.

Re: Kevin Love rumors

He means a player that is brought in to score but will struggle on defense.

I think Kevin Love gets better on defense in Thibs system. Noah tough effort alone will make him wanna get better. HE only 25 so he haven't reach his full potential yet.

I would give up Gibson and McDormett and draft picks for kevin Love. I would try my best to keep Bulter though.

Re: Kevin Love rumors

When did Boozer put up Kevin Love numbers as a Bull?

You can't be...just... what are you doing, Dragic!

Dude Kevin Love has never made the playoffs. His numbers are inflated due to the sorry teammates he has. Boozer was a double double machine before he came to the Bulls but his production fell off. Thibs is a defensive minded coach which is what you are forgetting.

So, Mike Dunleavy is more valuable than a lottery pick?

And what exactly is Minnesota going do with all that cap space? Who are they gonna get to play in Minnesota of any accomplishment?

I know who. Players like Mike Dunleavy who won't help them make the playoffs or win championships.

You're better off rolling the dice on a kid like McDermott.

It's a shame you don't realize how awful you sound right now.

If Thibs cared that much about defense, why did he go so hard after Melo, then?

Dude, nobody on this topic has agreed with you. Everyone has pretty much stated this is a bad trade but you. You can't see McDermott will help the team make the playoffs either. Dunleavey was the number 3 draft choice the year that he was picked so you can miss me with that lottery pick mess. Contract wise, Dunleavey has more value than MCDermott right now. You are dumb as rocks to say that a proven vet that's scored in double figures and is known as a top shooter in the league is not more valuable than a rookie who has not played one game .

Boozer 2.0? Boy O Boy People say the darnest things

Boozer averaged a good 20/10 prior to coming to Chicago. As we see now Love is not a strong defensive player. He also wont get as many touches as he does with the T'Wolves because right now he IS #1 scoring option in Minnesota. That changes whether he goes to Chicago, Cleveland or Golden State.

That's the main thing people are forgetting.

Re: Kevin Love rumors

Dude, the front office went after Melo. It's their job not Thibs

Thibs was a big part of the FA pitch, too.

So?

So?

Again that's the front office job to have the player meet with the staff and top players. You think a free agent will sign with a team without speaking to a coach? Seriously dude?

Boozer only average 20 pts a game only twice in his career.

Re: Kevin Love rumors

LeBron did.

In that case, it was more about him wanting to go home. Love ain't from ChiTown.

It's funny you mention LeBron because you were the main one saying he'd stay in Miami but lied like you knew he was going to Cleveland.

Re: Kevin Love rumors

True but at the same time he was on a playoff team, which means he had a better supporting cast. I think you can agree that Love's stats are a bit inflated based on the lack of talent that surround him.

Basically what you saying is. Love stats are like that because somebody on the team had put the ball in the hoop. I felt the way about Vasquez when he played at maryland. I get ya point tho

Re: Kevin Love rumors

Is Ed Davis from Los Angeles? Because he signed with the Lakers and they don't have a head coach right now.

Dude get out of here with that. I guess I have to say super star free agent when speaking with someone with your low bball IQ

Exactly. All that would change if he put on a Bulls uniform next season
