NBA Free Agency - Con't

I smell sarcasm....atleast I hope that is sarcasm lol. Danny Granger-the guy who really dislikes LeBron goes to the Heat, and McRoberts-the guy that elbowed Lebron in the neck. Just more reason for me to think that Lebron will not be back or he is trying his absolute hardest to get rid of bosh. P.S. Bosh and McBob can do the same things

Same thing happened with the Lakers when Kobe had issues with Matt Barnes and Ron Artest but that worked out. Bosh should be on the way out.

Harden doesn't have a max deal. Lin will be traded this summer.

Are you sure???

James Harden to Sign Max Deal With Houston Rockets

James Harden’s shocking departure from Oklahoma essentially came down to money.

The Thunder weren’t willing to max him out and incur harsh financial penalties down the line. The Houston Rockets don’t have that problem, and will sign Harden to a long-term deal.

Not that it wouldn't work....I'm just saying lol. I don't think these are two moves that will "keep" Lebron although they aren't terrible moves either. But, with just these two guys you have used up approximately $27 mill of $50 mill in cap space. So your starting 5 looks like PG1-Napier PG2- Cole, SF1-Granger SF2- Lebron, PF1- Bosh with McBob off the bench? Yeah, this is a really good championship-roster.

@EthanJSkolnick: For all the Chris Bosh reports out there, I keep checking back and keep hearing same: he intends to be in Miami.

Gordon Hayward about to get paid. If utah dont match. great pickup by Hornets. Look at Jordan

That's a bad signing for Charlotte if reports are correct that Hayward is getting $63 million. His overall FG percentage and 3-point percentage has gone down every year.

Utah would be silly to match that.

They paying for his potential/what he can or gonna be not his FG percentage. he average 16 pts a game last season. pretty good.

Heck naw... They want to pay this dude more than Al Jefferson?

The Free Agent market changes every off-season. Small market teams have to give crazy contracts for players to wanna come there. Cleveland offered dude a max deal i heard through reports, don't know how true it is

Man this is the following year and they want to give this dude who was mediocre on a bad team $63M?

The Cavs were gonna offer Gordon Heyward a max contract. I would completely given up on them if they would have done that...

Never gonna happen. The finances and the maneuvering of contracts just won't make it so.

It can be done... it may not make sense financially but it can be done. It will depend on someone taking Amare Stoudamire on because of his expiring contract, and the Knicks paying the luxury tax, but it can be done.

Who is gonna take on Amare Stoudamire's contract? I think they would have to move Andrea Bargnani, too.

If that happens... :uhoh:

It's hard enough to get tickets for a home game when the Knicks sucked. Imagine how difficult it would be if they do end up getting LBJ in the Garden....

The Sixers and Celtics team was rumored to be interested in it this week. It is an expiring contract, so someone will be willing to take it on.

you need knicks tickets bro. Step into my office if you do.

If I were to choose who to give a max contract to and had to choose between Lance Stephenson and Gordon....I'm taking Gordon. <------ unpopular opinion but who cares? LBJ will not go to the Knicks lol. Seems like Melo wants it all : A star player who will get him closer to a ring and Max money. They all seem to be waiting on each other all= LBJ, Bosh, Melo. Like I said, LBJ is hoping bosh leaves I'm telling you lol. Wade will not be going anywhere LBJ or no LBJ. He is and will be for quite some time the face of the Miami Heat franchise. LBJ is meeting with riles, mickey, and d-wade today with no bosh in sight. hmmm. Carmelo is thinking about the $$$ right now, so it is either Knicks or Bulls but I bet he chooses the $$$.
