Not surprised. Congrats Bama State.

Let some people tell it however, we were suppose to be DEAD LAST. They know who they are.

Congrats Bama State eventhough most already knew this would happen. What surprises me is JSU coming in second eventhough we had an overall "down" year in sports.

Is this Bama State's first commish cup?

Just have to make this about southern huh? Anyways congrats Bama State!!

Nope. folks have been asking for the results so there they are. Everyone knew Bama State would finish 1st but when folks were speculating, it was stated that we would finish last in men and women.

I am not hating on Bama State at all, but they did not win a championship in any of their major sports (football, basketball, and baseball). Its a good accomplishment department wise, but they need to win championships in the money generating sports to sustain the high pay they are paying the football, basketball, and baseball coaches.

Bama State has come a long way and still has a long way to go if they want to win a major sport title. As long as JSU's in the East, it'll be difficult for them to win football and baseball for sure.
Now back to the subject at hand.

Dude, I know we ain't come in 2nd overall??? As bad as we were this year. You got to be kidding!!!

I was surprised too, but according to the following, it's true: The Frank Award is presented for the combined achievement of the men and women programs as ASU totaled 179.5. JSU tacked on second at 144 points and last year's award winner PVAMU, finished third with 136 points.

Special congrats to the Lady Hornets...of the 10 females sports, they're the champions in 5...volleyball, golf, cross country, indoor and outdoor track. Placed second in 2 others... soccer and bowling. DAYUM!:lol::clap:
