I can't even lie; I am so embarrassed. The only thing I can do now is hope our new Chancellor does the right thing and votes to not allow us to compete for the conference Championship. And I hope this raises awareness to our alumni who believe Hardy is doing a good job.

Another bad look for the SWAC and our HBCUs, and UAPB.

How long will JSU have to hold up the rest of these low APR schools on it's shoulders? It's like we're known by the company we keep and that's not right.

If I were you, I'll put together a petition to be circulated amongst the jSU Alumni requesting jSU's Administration to leave the SWAC immediately.

That's already in the works. Remaining in the SWAC will cause JSU to die a slow death.

Anything Hardy has done to help improve the APR likely won't raise the numbers for another year or two.

That's just it, he hasn't done anything. Only a few months ago did this man make having a fully-staffed compliance department a priority! He's been our AD since 2011 and is just now making this a priority......REALLY?! Besides, this goes about 1000 miles past APR. I'm talking about his overall competence, or lack of, as our AD.

Why ya'll keep telling this lie. It really depends on the year of the lowest score. If a school has a 820 and then have 920, 940, 905.. that 820 will roll off in one year. Just becasue SU had so many bad years that it took them years to recover does not mean it will be that way for every team.

Nah....normally it takes 1 1/2-2 years to get in good standing. Our situation was different because we took DRASTIC measures to improve our scores, the other schools will have to do the same!

UAPB had their lowest year in Hardy's first year. If he implemented anything after that year it will be 2 more years before that lowest number drops out of the calculation.

I can only surmise some of these people posting for jsu was on the committee that selected old man Jackson. :emlaugh:

GET LIKE US....use your resources so you won't look bad 3-4 years from now.

  :emlaugh:
