Man, I hated those dudes growing up. They use to foul the crap out of MJ. This shows you how much the game has changed.

I loved the Bad Boys Pistons...they also averaged over 100 points a night.

Could you imagine that team nowadays and how the blogosphere rolls and Twitterverse??? With Zeke bringing that "Chicago gang mentality" to the NBA? LOL

If the Detroit Bad Boys played in the NBA today with that style, all of them would have multiple 20 game suspensions if not season suspensions handed out against them. I know Scottie Pippen would have loved to see some of them suspended when he was playing for the BULLS. :lmao:

They really was no big thing for my LAKERS.
Had Isiah Thomas eye bleeding like a cut hog in a slaughter house in that championship series.

I hate when people say this..... how the hell is fouling the shit out of someone making the sport real?

What he means is that Lebron would have to suck it up and take his blows when he goes bowling into the lane every other play. lol

Lebron is 270 pounds of pure muscle...they would hurt THEMSELVES more than they would hurt Lebron.

ALL players these days would have to get their mind right!!! Lebron complaining about that little hand foul last night is NOTHING compared to Lambeer taking his got damn neck off if you come through the lane. It was none of that man-to-man clear out the lane mess. Look at the aggressiveness then compared to now!!! The guys back in the day did not wear this mess:

The dudes back in the day played in some of these:

Exaggerate much?

Exactly. Just because Lebron complains doesn't mean that he's soft or wouldn't be able to he couldn't handle physical play. With the way that the game is being called these days, he's just playing smart and making the refs blow their whistles.

Beats the hell out of someone getting brushed up against and they flop backwards 20 feet like they just got hit by a Mack truck head on. Or even worse, the refs calling ticky tack fouls simply because someone touched the other player. In the BAD BOY days, that was called hand checking which was perfectly legal. You had to fight through it and still be able to knock down a shot. These fool today can't hit a 12 footer consistently in shoot around with nobody in their face.

The X man, Xavier McDaniel, would mess Lebron up the way he tip toe down the middle looking for the refs to bail him out. He made his living making players coming to the hole pay.

Blame Vlade Divac for flopping. He opened up doors for all of that!

My boy "Flopping Vladi" was the trailblazer for floppers.
BUT..............At least he waited until it looked like he got hit before he went flying. Vladi would almost hurt himself selling a flop. Players just fall to the floor now flailing their arms these days. They don't know the flopping art.

Nope.

Blame former Boston Celtics guard Frank Ramsey for that. He literally wrote the blueprint on flopping.

And you wanna know who were the biggest floppers in the NBA in the 80s and 90?

Bill Laimbeer and Dennis Rodman. Yep. The Bad Boys did it, too.

Yeah, Rodman was pretty horrible. LOL

growing up as a kid, I always thought Isaiah was the nice guy.

Zeke was the ultimate jerk. The fact that he didn't make the Dream Team says it all. Of course, MJ put in his two cents on that, but still. If you can only have 2 PG's and it comes down to Stockton, Magic and Isiah- he's the odd man out anyway, IMO.
