I wish the *aints played on Sunday. Attendance may take a hit still unless the game is out of reach.

SU men's hadn't won a game in Grambling from 1998 until Roman Banks was hired, but I must say the SU/GSU game is way more intense in Grambling than BR.

I would agree with that. I hear about how it is but some of the gyms in the SWAC with the fans sitting right behind the benches that are in reach to touch them are kind of harsh.

those use to be the best games, I remember SU sold tickets for the game, rolled up in 2 buses full of people and couldn't get in the game, but now with the Assembly Center you can get 4k to 5k people rocking the building, especially if the game is close and the band is blasting!! GOOD TIMES !!!

Not as many as u would think would show up, I think all those years of losing in Grambling keep a lot of people from coming, I came down to the game in BR once with about 30 other people and we almost had to fight our way out of there

The last night game in BR was crazy. This week is going to be the same.

coaches have propose it first.....only schools that benefit from the current set-up is Alabama State and A&M...the rest struggle as basketball depends on students more than anything

Mane.... I remember all soo Well those SU/GSU Night Games in the Mini-Dome in the late 90's....(Especially 1998)

Star Studded events.. there were celebrities all over the place. You could NOT find a seat. People were sitting in the isles... Good Ole Days...
