We are 17 and 59 in the same categories. Of note, there is no other HBCU in the top 50 for free throws and Grambling leads the nation in fewest fouls.

They didn't win it last year and definitely not this year. That's unless PB TxSU and JSU aren't in the trny

It is what it is and you can't spin your way out of this one. The poor free throw shooting is out in the open for all to see.
All those summer games in Canada and they still didn't learn how to shoot free throws?:lol:

Actually, I was looking at our TSU stats on the SWAC website and I noticed SU had a free throw percentage under 60, which i thought was low for D1 standards so I went to the NCAA websites and bam, there is SU with the 10th lowest.

As a former player in the SWAC, I don't get worried about any team because I understand that its all about who gets hhot during the tourney, so therefore, I don't ffollow anyone else in the SWAC until tourney time.

You can't bring up obvious facts on SU...but they scan the internet for stories about who got Jerseys on time. Keep up the good work

SU has no answer for the 7'2" very athletic Austin. He is the difference in the game. Plus we need Miller to ge his shot back. He has really struggled this year.

SU shot well from the line last night against Baylor. 70+ percent from the line which was better than Baylor. Had 31 fouls vs Baylor 17.
