Entire staff let go.
Comegy reached his peak. He served his purpose.
Brought fans back. Got us back winning. Got a championship.
Time for someone else to take us up a notch.

Man, my boy Get Ready wasn't playing when I talked to him a few days ago.

I am not shocked totally. The Queen was on the verge last year of firing Comegy from what folks in the know told me. Oh well. Comegy ain't a bad coach, but he just like Pete did, allowed his assistants to run everything and did not challenge them.

Did you get the BBA that check you were talking to me about and run ole Comegy off? Man you have passed up Mighty Dog as the man on TSPN. LOL.


Now let's see what the domino effect going to be. Could it be possible that both SCG teams have a new coach next season. We already know JSU will. Will Odums bolt to NCCU?

Dude JSU getting good quality athletes and those guys continue to mess over them and waste it on the field. No knock on yall but to have to go into double ot with a team that turned the ball over 6 times...Those guys did the least with the most...
 
Quick question... How much did the Alcorn loss factor into this??? Also, the rumor mill is suggesting that Coach Comegy never really embraced the Jackson State tradition... I think it's a very questionable move either way...

Did he apply for the NCCU job?
 
Had a lot to do with Southern, JSU lost to SU in the championship. Youre pride just won't allow yall to say it lol
