Dear Alcorn

JR,
I got a text from a good Jsu buddy (or so I thought). I mean we go back for bout 15 years. All I did was make 1 lil innocent comment bout the ASU/Jsu game Saturday and I got ROYALLY cussed out and told not to EVER communicate with them again.
:smh:
It hurt my feelings so bad I just had to go lay down for awhile. :(

:lol::lol::lol:

Damn! I hope my boys from the barber shop don't do ole JR like that. We go way back. LOL.

Never in my life, NOT EVEN WHEN BELL WAS THERE, have I seen a JSU team play like that.

Damn bruh! Was it that bad? C'mon man, it can't be worse than Pop33's team in 04 in the Dome. No way I believe that was worse than 04 with Bell.

Frat................. Like hell.
It was about even. 31-3 at halftime and it could have been worse they way they played OR DIDN'T PLAY is more like it.

Alcorn was running up and down the field in the 1st 2 qtrs like it was a flag football game and grabbing the flag meant nothing. High stepping into the endzone at will.

We got on that oil and cussed J-State players out when they got near that sideline where we sit and actually shook a dam purple and gold pom pom at them telling ALCORN to run the score up during a time out in the red zone. They wanted to lay down, we showed them we could lay down and withdraw support also. $30 is too much dam money to see fools lay down thinking about 3 weeks from now. I can take a azzwhipping but that display was beyond pitiful. :smh:

So in your opinion, was this a good loss or a bad loss?

This was a pre-thought out plan to "play easy and safe" that got out of hand.
There was nothing good or bad about it. They played just like a team that had already reached their 1st goal of the year and the Alcorn game was just a game they had to go play and get out the way. Win or lose, they were still going to Houston and their goal was to get there with no injuries. :smh:

JR, if they are half as mad as my ole jsu buddy was, then I beg u to not mention anything bout that Alcorn game. Not even one word or they gon resort to some extreme violence, some serious "blunt force trauma" . :smh:

Or a jacked up hair cut.

I'm saying this was the first time ALL season that we did not HAVE to win. I mean ya'll didn't have to either but this was an up for ya'll. It was a game that our team could have Grambling'ed ya'll on. It wasn't gonna make or break our season. Our season will be made on the 7th of December. But wait til next year. That's when you need to be worried about JSU football. Ask MH, we had NO real experience on the D-line and NO depth on the o-line. Next year.. that all changes. See you then buddy!

We will beat you worse next year....you won't even be able to score points in garbage time. This is your year to win it...you better do it right now.

That's what you think. You still have a long way to go as a program. Look at all the schools who beat JSU in the past and look at them now. PV, TxSo, AAMU, even AlaState had a sting of luck vs the Tigers but you won't ever be on our level. Again, you act like ya'll the only team with something for next year. JSU has a LOT of youth and if Ivy pans out.. ya'll gonna get drilled. Our defense is not the best this year but we are NORMALLY #1 in SWAC defense. This is just an off year. It's rare that we go more than a year without having the top defense in the conference since Comegy has been the HC. You got your one it.. believe that!

I ran into a Que from Alcorn on Saturday night in Philly at a fund raiser and he was like, Alcorn going to the SWAC Championship. I was too happy to bust that bubble. :lmao:

I have Alcorn friends that havent stopped calling me since yesterday. I never thought to call him after the ass whippings we have been laying down on Alcorn for the past 3 years. Never crossed my mind because we are suppose to beat Alcorn bad. Nice win Alcorn...you really did us a HUUUUUUUGE favor.

exactly and we still dominated a previously undefeated JSU squad on their home field. Our future is very bright. I told yall before the game you were going to lose. If you look at my post history I really never predict such things, but I know football pretty well and I knew you all would get beat soundly by us. JSU's coaching is terrible...I saw it when you all came to Alcorn last year. If we had a punter & kicker in that game it would have been close (with the talent level we had last year we had no business being in that game at the half.) All we need is a minor upgrade in talent & we will route you guys even worse next year. I expect both to happen....and baring any significant injuries...it will.

I didn't call your ass.

Last year MightyJSU lost a home game to a bad SU team. That propelled us to the scg. This year we lost to another team that was not as good as us. This is a good wake-up call for MightyJSU because we have simply walked thru a bad conference. We win most games on our name and helmet decal alone. We are use to SWAC teams bowing down to the sight of MightyJSU. 9 times out of 10 it works. Thank you Alcorn for getting that one loss and stinker game out of our system before the scg. We knew our country cousins was good for something

I see you didn't quote the rest. That's the important part. Alcorn can't sustain this. OK, you dominated us. We call that winning a battle but JSU continues to win the war. The ONLY game you dominated that counted was the JSU game so I don't see where all of this confidence is coming from. Just three weeks ago, YOU got dominated by the 4th place team in the division. And just like you all don't lose a lot of seniors, neither do we. We only lose about 8-9 guys and most of them are in positions we won't miss. But you don't wanna hear that. If anything AAMU will probably be better next year so what Alcorn needs to do is try to hold on to that 3rd place spot. Don't mess around and fall to #4 next year.

No more was needed to be said after that....

the confidence comes from putting a plan in place and watching it come to fruition. We actually beat our expected results for this year. We were not dominated by a 4th place team...we should have won that game. If anything I am more concerned with both Bama schools than you all....jsu is not good this year despite what their record says...and you won't be good next year either. Your coaching is poor...luckily he recruits well because the players cover his mistakes. Alcorn has to focus our attention to Ala. St and AAMU. We need to quit getting caught up in Grambling and Southern because they aren't even in our division. Those Alabama schools are my only concern next year because of their history in keeping us out of the SCG.
