A team scores dayum near 35 pts..actually 36 pts in a half (one half) I'm not even including the OT scores, but they wouldn't put up 62pts on anybody else

A team scores 25 pts in another half of another game but won't put up 62 pts...ngas are really on some cheerleading platform stuff up in here....smh...man let stop making sense and start reading smh..sad day..I'd expect this from posters of another school, but dayum it's dudes all-around that lacks 1 on 1 football...

He ain't lying. If Orlando came back to SU today. He would have them same players putting up big points. Willie Quinn would touch the ball damn near all game if Orlando was the OC. However, it would be same results you guys have. Our defense is bad. But it would be even worse with Orlando as the OC as they would never get to rest as the offense races up and down the field to score.

One of the reasons JSU is beating everybody is because they have a balanced offense. All this wide open isht is for the birds if you ask me. You need to have the capability of being able to score. But also should be able to pound the ball and play defense. That's how Pete won so many games in the 90s. Right now JSU and Alcorn have the most balanced offenses. Haven't seen Bama State yet so I can't say.

I agree this is a bad year for the West. Really can't dispute that. But everything goes in cycles. The West has had a long run of dominance in the SCG era. But right now. It is no doubt that the West is not as good as the East. Now that don't mean on any given Saturday meaning the SCG that the West rep couldn't beat the East rep.

Folks saying PV defense meltdown blah blah, but it was the same defense that got SU off the field on 3 and outs...SU was struggling with their offense in the 1st half, but now when they come out mid-way in the 3rd Quarter like the team that they suppose to be, it's PV defense melt-down lol...FOH...This was BEFORE we knew PV sucked...UP until that game noone mentioned how bad PV defense was..they played well the 1st half..so was it really PV defense that was stale, or was it SU offense that finally got put to use..Football folks would know it was a difference in SU offense the 1st and 2nd half, which made PV defense look like shat...smh..but that's too much for some folks to swallow..LOL

Same with Valley...opened up the playbook a few times and bust the game opened..shat wouldn't have been close if the game was called like we were in the 2nd half of that PV game
Same with A&M game...trying to stick to the game plan along with Dray having a bad game..
Any person with common knowledge about football can see this shyt lol..smh

We just have a bad Dline....and scheme...

Literally from watching both offenses saw that they only run 4-7 plays and we couldn't stop them plays to save our life and knew when they were being called...(that's on us) but Bama St..I haven't seen them neither, but not an offense in the SWAC is just plain out good IMO...balance to say, yea I'm with you on that...but I've yet to see an offense that's leading the pack...

Dude you fooling yourself. PV's defense has given up 200-300 yards of rushing to teams that weren't even playing their first string. People can through at will since PV for some odd reason only have Freshmen and Sophs at DBs and the junior DTs can't tackle anyone. Point blank PV's defense is not good :smh:

Dude yall played TXST, and I you are not going to count that Sun Belt conference team....So you think any team in the SWAC will yield them under 350 total yards..so please miss me with that..and TXSU yall held them to 107 passing yards...like I said...coming into the SU game, Noone mentioned anything about PV defense until the 2nd half of SU game...PV defense stood strong the 1st half of SU game, not a word was said at halftime about yall defense lol..SU was struggling like hell to move the ball..and the end of the game..now it's PV has no defense....c'mon dude lol..miss me with that mess..I know football dude...you can pitch that sale to any other poster on here..lol...

I can tell you only looking at box scores..and that's not your fault becuz you don't know football (that's your tool and that's what alot of folks use to sound like they know football.. use it as a cheat sheet) but I don't expect you to follow SU games like that ...but clearly if you 'looked' at the box score or even heard the game you would know that the score was 3-0 right...So do you think the team played like they played in the PV game (2nd half) real serious question??? You think it was the same team from PV (2nd half) in that 1st half and 3rd quarter of Valley's game huh lol...
but if you heard the game (which you didn't) the 4th quarter when SU changed it up..they easily put up 14 pts right quick lol

Bama State is averaging 256 yds rushing and 217 yds passing.

So you don't think JSU fans would come unless we are playing SU? I think we had more JSU fans in Bham when we played Grambling in 2007 than we did when we played SU in 1999. JSU is gonna be DEEP in Houston. The only difference in Houston and Bham will be the ticket prices. $50 tickets is not a good idea.

Bighead I heard the game on the radio and you guys struggled all game. You got one pass down the seam to Quinn which turned into a TD and you got a TD from a busted coverage to Doss. You didn't all of a sudden open a can of whoop ass on valley. You don't have the players or the scheme to open up a can on anybody.

I'm assuming you are joking and being sarcastic with this mess you are posting. Ain't nobody this uuuuh unsmart about football. You'll quit joking sooner or later and admit y'all suck.

Not saying that TP. I think JSU fans would come to Houston regardless. But I do think even MORE JSU fans would come if you guys were playing SU vs playing PV or even UAPB. Same for our fans. SU fans would be in Houston regardless. But even More of them would show up if we play JSU vs playing somebody else in the East. That is all I am saying. Not saying the fan bases would not show up regardless. Just saying you will get those on the fence fans to show.

The score was 3-0...Folk sit up and say that was the same team from the 2nd half of PV game or the 2nd half of Alcorn's game was the same team and same play-calling done that 1st half of Valley and A&M's game lol...and before you say we got TDs on a punt block (in that Alcorn game) and use that which I know you will reach for..1 of those blocks was a TD and the other punt block the one that happened in the 3rd qrt or 4th we had to score off that one...so that's null and the other scores were from our offense...I guess Alcorn had busted coverages too on those other scores lol..
and the pass from Doss that Valley game, the DB was right behind him lol..dude I saw the highlights and he was pushed out at the 6yd line, DB caught him..so that wasn't no busted coverage like you're reaching for lol..dude miss me again...and the pass from Quinn, if you heard, before he caught that pass the offense was moving the ball, lol...(passing the ball through the air) and that led to Quinn big play...lol...like I said, the offense was opened up..lol... Dude don't sit up here and act like defenses are just shutting down SU offense when the play-calling is done right lol...dude stop...

We are coming atleast 20k deep to houston....regardless of who we play. The scg is OUR TIME lol, it does not matter who we play really, just the fact that we are going. Then you have to factor in the fair-weather fans who will go just because we are undefeated (God Willing). An undefeated jsu squad can play anybody in the scg and alot of folks will still come. I think pv folks would come if they went etc. SU going just makes the atmosphere intense, nobody is going to "do the most" just because jsu vs su is on the ticket.
