A&M Defense looks horrible. If they play like that against Bama in 2 weeks it will be a llloooonngggg night. However, soon as Manziel came in you can tell Rice day for the most part is over. :lol: :emlaugh:

TAMU will want to keep its defensive starters on the field this season. They better hope that the backups get better.

Most SEC schools have way better defenses and offenses than Ricer. Manziel better be a scoring machine against SEC opponents.

hmmm....... i don't believe that.......Let's see Rice, Bama, Bama, Rice? :lol: :emlaugh: Bama defense has already scored this season and we're still in the 1st half with over 13 minutes left. If I can see any weakness for Bama thus far it is on the offensive line.

Although they are leading VaTech, Alabama is having a hard time running the ball and their QB won't have the luxury this season to stand in the pocket to pick teams apart.

From what I read A&M had quite a few players sitting out the first half for discipline issues. Looking at Bama playing right now I think A&M will have a field day on offense.

We'll see in a couple of weeks. I just don't see it (but could be wrong). I think it will be a good game though because to me Alabama's offense looks below par. They had to replace 3 on the OL and IMHO, it is showing........
 
Alabama is up 28 -10, but 21 of those points came from special teams and the defense. Very uncharacteristic for a VaTech team to be this poor on special teams. Logan Thomas seems to be his same inconsistent self.

Yes, that run blocking doesn't look like an Alabama team of the last couple of years.

Special teams and defense is certainly a staple of a Nick Saban coached ball club.
