again...the schedule is incomplete....

As for PV and GSU on TV...there are 80K seats to fill and weather has hurt the game bad the past few years...leave it off TV...it hurts to see those old band tapes from the 90s and the cotton bowl full to capacity. May need to add the Al Lipscomb name back to the game as 65K was the norm with a losing PV

All ESPN do is tape our games and them put them up against LIVE West coast games. Big whoop when ESPN and ESPNU scrolls the game score across the bottom. What sports fan is going to keep watching when they already know the outcome when there are live game on other stations.

I don't see what the hupla is about this mess. let me know when we get a true conference deal and are not just used as filler for empty air time. :smh:

Some times arn't those games broadcasted the next day to fill some of those spots? We got used again by ESPNU in the beginning when our games was on live and more of them. Now they have the big dogs on and we get relegated to tape delay.

Um Fiyah, all SU games on CST aren't tape delay. Homecoming wasnt tape delay.

We really felt sorry for JSU lol. It wasn't even fun after the first 4-5 TD's :lol: . We saw the hurt in y'all fans face. And that cursing out I heard the fans gave bell was legendary :lol: . My boy who works with SU team called an told me right after the game and told me :lol: . But on the real the SWAC needs a strong SU, JSU, GSU, and Alcorn. I don't care what anyone says those schools are the heart of the SWAC.

Still trying to call SU basketball team a third place team. Even though all the sports folks said we were the best team. Since YOUR so called better 2 teams ( even though neither swept SU and one got beat damn near by 50) couldn't do squat outside conference. Thank goodness SU had won some and kept us out of a play in game. But only GR is smart. It is sad your really don't know how things are really viewed outside of your world at the crib. Newsflash , the white folkz trying to tell you SU basketball is back and they respect it. Lol. Carry on.

Nope. Doug was and still is. Stump got 200K because he was making more than that in the NFL . I am sure he got more than that at his new gig with the Arizona Cardinals. Big Worm is getting a good salary considering he is a young coach with only interim head coaching experience. It also allowed him to get even more coaches on his staff than Pete or Stump. You will see after Comegy is gone that your next coach will not make what he makes unless you want to be like PV and pay damn near 200 K for a first time head coach. If anything we came to our senses. Ain't no coach in the SWAC worth that kind of money. But that was our fault. We opened that door with Pete.
