He will move to UTAH, Alaska, Wyoming or Mexico.

He might move to a country like Belize. The former KKK Imperial Wizard Bill Wilkinson moved from Livingston Parish, LA to San Pedro, Belize and now owns a resort hotel and is looked upon in high regards. From the article below, Bill Wilkinson is trying to establish a well manned police department on the island of San Pedro, Belize.

Why would he have to move when there a folks giving money to he legal defense. Don't be blinded there are a number of people that believe he was in the right....it's a shame but it's true.

Now the civil case is a totally different thing.

add maine Vermont Montana south Dakota north Dakota Idaho...I know i'm missing some more states lol

Moving might be the worst thing for him to do. Even to those white states-everybody knows who he is. And there will always be somebody willing to be go to jail to get this guy. Somebody is going to find him.

And who would want him in their neighborhood? I wouldn't. What if he starts up this mess again? If he messes with any black person-it's on. You will see camera phone on blast any time he goes near a black person.

Actually the cop that initially investigated recommended that he be arrested and charged with Manslaughter. The folks above him (D.A.?) decided not to prosecute.

You're correct.

My point is that it appears (my opinion) that it wasn't treated as a crime scene in the manner normally expected. Bagging of hands and stuff like that is done in cases where foul play or questionable circumstances exist. The officer testified that he covered the body to prevent trauma and stress to the family of the victim in case they came on the scene and to preserve any evidence (second reason). Maybe that's the order they are trained to think it, but to me, they (the police/judicial system (including da and investigators)) never really had a crime scene mentality even with the initial cop suggesting Zimmerman be arrested and charge. And he still never indicated he bagged the hands.

Regards.

This trial is beginning to resemble the first Rodney King trial when all four of the LAPD police officers were acquitted. I hope the State of Florida has its National Guard troops on standby.

I guess one of the men who testified knew Zimmerman. All the women stories are the same just about except the men who appear to know him.

9:08 a.m. ET: Prosecutors have called Dr. Hirotaka Nakasone to the stand. He testified as a a defense voice analysis expert for during the Frye Hearing.

Also, on the Tom Joyner Morning Show this morning Roland interviewed someone close to the case from the State. She discussed last week witnesses, especially Rachel Jeantel...and what witnesses are still to come. I can't pull up the web page at work... it's blocked. I missed most of the interview.

But what she said about Rachel and her interaction with Don West is he had been basically pissing her off for a year and a half by having her wait 8 hours for a deposition before cancelling. If y'all recall...while testifying she let him know she was not pleased with that.

Also, she has been getting threats via the internet for a 1-1/2 over this case.

I know for some of y'all that still is no excuse for her attitude and y'all would have been perfect on the stand.

People make me sick saying how they would act in a situation but have never been through it.....that girl is a teenager. People need to leave her alone. She's not a professional witness and unlike many of the witnesses she has a personal relationship with the family meaning she will have to look at them in the face again.

I don't think she has a personal relationship with the family...and probably will never talk to them again, but I agree with your other comments.

I've seen professional witnesses get taken advantage of on the stand. This young lady did fine considering the circumstances.

http://madamenoire.com/284314/a-wom...merman-didnt-target-him-because-he-was-black/

Initially she spoke to [Anderson] Cooper saying that she wants people to know that Trayvon is not what the media making him out to be, that he loved children and if his life hadn’t been taken she could see him growing up to work with children. Then she transitioned into talking about the falling out she had with Tracy.

“At the beginning, we had our differences and stuff like that and it came to a point when me and Tracy were communicating. When the media started coming around, it was like he didn’t want to talk to me anymore. I asked him why and ‘what did I do wrong?’ He said you’ve done nothing wrong, I’m just busy. I would tell him well, keep me informed of what’s going on with the trial. And somehow he just didn’t anymore. He hasn’t told me why he stopped communicating with me. Everything that I was finding out, I was finding out through the television or through friends.”

Then Anderson started asking her questions about the case itself and Stanley spoke about the altercation between Zimmerman and Trayvon and who was really defending himself.

“I have no doubt that he didn’t start that fight. It was a fight. Zimmerman had to put his hands on him to cause that fight. He [Trayvon] was defending himself. So, for people to say, ‘He tried to kill him’– I don’t think anyone would have been standing somewhere in the dark, being approached by someone you don’t know and being pushed around and you’re not going to defend yourself.”

Yes, we’d all agree that that’s the case. But Stanley’s interview went a bit left when she said that she didn’t believe Zimmerman targeted Trayvon based on race.

“No I really don’t think it was Zimmerman don’t like black people or he picked him out because he was black. Did he profile him with the hoodie? As ‘oh this thug or whatever walking’ was in Zimmerman’s mind. Yes. But to say that he targeted him because he was black? No I don’t think so.”

She was a mess. Why come out now. Geezzzzz

I’m here to let people know that I exist. I will not take the lies that’s being told. I’m the one that went to the football games. I’m the one that was there when he was sick. I want people to know that he wanted to live with me and his father."

Her words.

Another one not understanding the word discretion.

:shame:

To me, this case boils down to two questions:

In the state of Florida, does a person who's minding there own business, who becomes to feel threatened ("creepy") by a strange person following them, have the right to stand their ground? If they do, and in the course of standing their ground, if the person they are standing their ground against then feels threatened then stands their ground and harms the first person, should they be penalized to the full extent of the law? My point, as I see it, if Martin has the right to stand his ground, it's a moot point if Zimmerman was hit by him, regardless of when it happened.

I hope the Prosecutors ask the question "did Trayvon Martin have the right to stand his ground" somewhere in the proceedings and at summation.

Regards.

The testimony from Dr. Nakasone basically said they couldn't tell whose voice it was and the best source for identifying the voice is a family member. again...Dr. Nakasone was the defense's voice recognition expert.

On the stand now is...

11:15 a.m. ET: Prosecutors have called Sanford Police Investigator Doris Singleton, the 24th witness for the prosecution.

11:18 a.m. ET: The night of the shooting Singleton was told to report to the police department. She did not respond to the crime scene.

I'm just waiting for the prosecution to ask Zimmerman why he got out of his car when the 911 operator told him not to follow him. What is bothering me is why in any of the police interviews this was not asked.....

What I don't understand/like...

Zimmerman said in April he was not using "Stand your ground" as a defense but instead was using self defense. By doing this he didn't have to take the stand during the stand your ground hearing that would have been determined by the judge vs. a jury. With the self defense trial he doesn't have to take the stand and it's determined by the jury.

However...he can change his defense and use stand your ground. So does that mean he will have to take the stand if he does that?

I dont' see how he can possibly win with either defense...but the way it's looking now...he for daymn sure aint winning on self defense. Which is why the FACT that Rachel's testimony was consistent throughout her entire time on the stand matters the most. The fact that she never changed from her statements that Trayvon was walking home from the store and that he told her he was going to try to lose Zimmerman matters most. How is it self defense if he was trying to get away from you?!

Also...when will the State bring up the fact that Zimmerman got out of the car with a loaded gun to approach Trayvon...but he didn't want any trouble?! :retard:

I seriously doubt Zimmerman gets his fat ass on the stand.

Also...the 911 operator testified on the first day and he basically stated that his advice is just suggestion and not law. (paraphrasing of course)

Zimmerman's words during the interview...

11:36 a.m. ET: Zimmerman told Singleton he did not recognize Martin as a resident of his neighborhood.

"He (Martin) was walking causally, and it looked like he was trying to get out of the rain," said Zimmerman.

11:33 a.m. ET: "There's been a few times where I have seen a suspicious person in the neighborhood, and would call the police non-emergency line, and these guys always get away," Zimmerman told investigator Singleton.

11:30 a.m. ET: Singleton asked Zimmerman to tell him what happened and why it ended in a boy getting shot.

"The nieghborhood has had a lot of crimes." said Zimmerman on the recording of the police interview. "So I decided to start a neighborhood watch program in the neighborhood."

I dont' see how he can possibly win with either defense...but the way it's looking now...he for daymn sure aint winning on self defense.

He can win if the jury instructions aren't clear as to what constitutes self -defense. Generally you can't claim self-defense if you created the altercation. However if the jury buys that cockamamie story about him being attacked by Martin while he was headed back to his car, then yes, his self defense story might go over. You never know.

Agreed.

How is it self-defense when you were following him? There wouldn't have even been a confrontation if Zimmerman had not followed the kid as he was told.

The other things that bothers me is that Zimmerman had not seen the young man commit a crime or doing anything suggesting that he had committed a crime. He was just an unfamiliar face in the neighborhood. Which is no crime. He was a visitor.

Secondly, I have a problem with a grown man shooting an unarmed child and it being called self-defense. I have heard people say that in some states you can shoot a person that outweighs you by a hundred pounds or if you are in grave danger ... stuff like that. I have no clue if that's true or if that's just people talking. But, shooting an unarmed kid who you have no real reason to believe has done anything irks me. And if I were on the jury I would do all I could to convince the others to put him under the jail.

had it been Travon who ignored the 911 operator it would have been considered breaking the law......
