Why are our sisters treated unfairly in relationships compared to other groups?


I have passed on attorneys, nurses women with great careers just because of their attitude. I wont deal with it, no matter how much they got going on. Some women wont pass up on a doctor, lawyer, etc because he established, even if he treats her like crap. Turn around and have this all men are dogs mentality because she's too shallow to see what's really important in life. Doesn't matter how much money a person has if they are not good people, money can blind anyone especially these hoes.....

I live in MS and that stuff there is primarily video...I don't see these chicks with all this drama...even on college campuses...but I stand by the statement, women do all the things you mention and have been for thousands of years. maybe we are that good that men just don't know women as well as they think they do...but women....they'll tell you its been going on forever and I"m in the country and you can find those people living like you typed here also......

Everyone should...life is too short to be yoked to a jerk...and those who think material is all that's important in a relationship...well..bought sense is better than any other kind...
 
Fighting like wild men over a man that they sharing lol. He probably out screwing some other chica while they was fighting. Who wants women that act like this?? Not saying all black women act like this, but they out here. Whether you choose to believe it or not, but you women don't have to deal with women like we do so you wont understand. It goes back to my original post, if you act like a woman you will be treated like one. Instead of checking her husband she chose to fight, women didn't use to act like this....

But that's just it...yes they did then and now...women and jealousy is life old...catfighting is life old...maybe you just didn't see it and didn't know it before social media but yes, fighting, cattiness, nice nasty, boasting, promiscuity all these things are not enigmas in women's lives...actually I think the thing is most dudes just say or at least use to say, "Woman mess" or something along those lines and not even try to see what it was about...but all that stuff is what it was about and has been. The advent of social media just lets you in on the real skinny and all of a sudden new to you, old to women is appalling. :noidea:

My mom and grandmom didn't either.

What she's calling "old to women" is simply that modern women have accepted other women's BS and want us to accept it too.

Nope those are things that a person should do. When I say act like men I mean the attitude, like aggressiveness, having sex with multiple dudes, talking reckless, throwing her wealth and success in another person's face to make them feel weaker, women dressing like men, fighting etc

I have to somewhat agree with CT. Although it doesn't seem that way from past generations, women have PROGESSIVELY gotten bad since their introduction in the bible and probably before then. For some strange reason, women have always sought out the worst men in society as the ones to procreate with. IMO, I think women, especially sisters are confused when they see men with bad character as being the alpha male, which is why it will always be said, ”nice guys always finish last”. I knew a lot of sisters that thought Mystical was some real man just because of his rough sounding voice and growing up in the New Orleans projects.

I'm pretty sure my mother or grandmother didn't act like the women of today, but I'm sure they had devious ways back then. The key word in my previous post is PROGRESSIVELY and the way I see it, sistas are totally out of control now.
 
Thats pretty much what we was trying to tell CT until she tried to spin it lol. The attitude these women have now is cultural, our black women of the past were totally different. I'm not going to sit up here and say people didn't have devious ways but it was few far and in between, now its totally different :tup:

Instead of getting worse, how can this bad cultural be reversed? IMO, it's going to take Black men and women to see things different, but somehow Hollywood and the Black church are working hard to keep the bad cultural going, so they can be profitable.
 
Honestly brother and it pains me to say this but something bad will have to happen in order for us to get back focused. Money has trapped us....

Which is why I said between the church and Hollywood/the entertainment industry. Both are polar opposites that play a key role in draining money out of the Black community. Black people of today never try to seek out some middle ground within themselves.
 
Yea when it comes to the churches, money is being pumped in but neighborhoods are getting worse. Even though it's more churches than school. Who's really winning and what is being taught? No pastor will preach for free lol

Which is why so many Black households are totally out of order. It's like what one of my frat brothers would always say, "who screwing who?" Now-a-days, a lot women like for their men to have their legs in the air while they are on top getting it in. I guess now they have moved to the level of replacing men with women.

I hear and read people mention the whole lack of strong brothas and dudes growing up in homes with single moms. But few have explained the contributing factors. I wonder what role mass incarceration has to do with that.

There's not one particular contributing factor that has jacked up the black household. There are many. Lack of strong brothers and mass incarceration are just two of them.
