Actually that's who I picked in my office pool. Even put down my Big Ten homerism. LOL. But I am rooting for Michigan err that school from up North. My bracket was busted a long time ago. So even if Louisville won, I would not.

Overall Number 1 seed wins. Great game! Need to curse Thad Matta out for not getting Burke and the Louisville kid Behanan to stay home in Ohio.Lol.

The only problem is that will be a lot of Freshmen that they will be depending on the produce right away. And we just saw from the past 2 seasons of how relying on freshman can go 2 ways. Real good with a national title, or real bad with a first-round NIT loss to Robert Morris. They will definitely contend for the SEC title though.

Well that last Fr team he had that won also had some veterans stick around. Depending on who stays at Kentucky and who leaves, this could really be a super deep squad next year. Cal was lucky that those kids he had to cut down the nets actually bought into what he was coaching and they were UNSELFISH. They didn't care who had a big game. This last bunch thought they were the ones who won the NC.

I would never rule out what Donovan does at Florida. Would not shock me if he wins the SEC next year. LSU should be better as well as some other teams. I don't buy into Ole Piss but they should be in the mix. But their coach was on the verge of being fired before having the season he had this past year. Pressure will be on him to do even better next season. I am really shocked UGA has not done much in basketball in a long time. Too much talent in the state of Ga in basketball for them not to produce.

His brother who is at Wichita State said the other day that Kentucky may not be the best fit for his little brother especially with all the folks coming in and who is staying. I don't know why he would go to Florida State other than the old man went there. They always seem to under achieve in basketball. Some are saying his Dad wants him to consider UNC and play for Roy Williams. Should be interesting. It would actually be nice to see him go play with his brother at Wichita State. That would be a coup.
 
Brackets was a mess but the team that won the championship is the team that I picked to win it all back in Febuary............LOUISVILLE. :nod:

That is why I said Kentucky will contend for the SEC title, they aren't going to win it. Kentucky is going to get all of the attention while Florida will be just as deep as Kentucky and won't be far behind in talent with the transfers that will be eligible next season and their 2 top 10 recruits. Once those players really gel together, this Florida team could be the best Billy Donovan has ever had at Florida if they stay healthy. LSU has some good talent coming in, so they will definitely be improved. I think Tennessee and Alabama will make that jump too.
