(WXIA) -- Former Miami Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino fathered a love child with a CBS production assistant in 2005, according to a report in the New York Post.

The woman, Donna Savattere, is raising the couple's daughter Chloe, the report says.

In a written report to the Post, Marino said, "This is a personal and private matter. I take full responsibility both personally and financially for my actions now as I did then ... We mutually agreed to keep our arrangement private to protect all parties involved."

Marino has been married to his wife Claire for 28 years. They have six children.

Ain't shocked by this at all. CBS should be ashamed of themselves though if they knew to keep him working there. NBC ran Tiki Barber for his little foray with the intern at NBC while his wife was pregnant.
