The ingrained mentailty.
Mofos drop out of school or don't do shat in school because they don't want to be considered nerds. Years of cranking out babies with sperm donors and can't even take care of themselves. family members raising their kids to be gang members because they are gangmembers. Young girls dating gangstas in the neighborhood and again, cranking out future gang members before they 16.
I know broke mofos and I'm not that far from it.
I get sick of this "its the system" shat.
When are people going to start looking in the mirror. Stay yo azz in school, sit yo azz down in class and actually learn something instead of going to class acting a fool. When a teacher call a parent, how bout that parent actually show up and actually take a interest in what they kids do instead of showing up 2 days before the end of school, raising all kinds of hell because PEANUT didn't do his schoolwork all year or has cut class 150 days out of 170 and flunked. How bout these same parents not allowing their 12 to 16 year old kids to run the streets at 2,3, 4 in the morning.
Clowns go out and have 5 kids before they 26 and it's the systems fault. Or even worse, 10 mofos they spread their legs for a clown azz c**n like SHORTY LOW and each kid have 9 brothers and sisters with 10 different mothers. We our own worst enemy but when it comes time to lay blame, all people can do is point the finger at "the system" or outsiderss that don't set foot in our neighborhoods to kill, rob, or terrorize one person in our neighborhoods on a daily basis.
Well, while those examples are very much real, one can't overlook the role government plays in all as well. When you don't invest economically in certain areas of certain cities, where there are no jobs and no money flowing through those communities, then it makes it tough. I mean, you look at some of these areas, there are no grocery stores within miles of folks houses, little access to health care and poor education system. Again, this plight is usually synonymous with low income areas.
Then you examine the school system, where black children, especially black boys, are treated worse and disciplined more harshly and frequently than black girls or kids of other races. And once a black male becomes part of the penal system, his opportunity to make a decent living are greatly reduced.
I had an activist tell me that one felony conviction results in an estimated loss of dozens of job and career opportunities. Few want to hire an ex-con. And we know it is easier for whites to garner second chances than blacks. So what do cats do? Slang and bang. Get that quick dough. As to why cats are having so many kids out of wedlock, it's a number of things. When you don't have a job or career, what else is there for you to do? These people are only following the example set for them by their relatives. This just didn't happen overnight. This is decades of failure on all fronts.
With all that being said, the responsibility falls on the individuals, families, communities and local leaders and governments. But it seems like nobody is willing to seriously rectify the issues. By no means am I overlooking those who don't give a crap about school, getting a job or being responsible. These people get little sympathy.
However, these other points I'm bringing up are very real issues, and factor in what we see today. It's not all these folks fault just like its not all the fault of the system either.
Yeah, we talk about it, march and plea to governments, but at the end of the day the people who can really make a difference won't.
