barrel to hire an AD with no experince or expertise in any area where they had trouble. They passed
over good respectable ADs who applied for the job like this guy.

Like I said, SU waited 1.5 years to find an AD in a crucial time in their history.
They look high and low for someone to come in and keep doing the same thing that
has kept SU at the bottom of the HBCU athletic barrel for years.

Its going to be business as usual, no innovation, 3 wins a year, the same old sorry
SU, but as long as you look like this:

...you can have a leadership position at SU.
Just listen to the SU fans kissing up behind this 20 year old guy who never
has and probably never will do anything at SU. This is the school where he cuts his
teeth and makes all of his mistakes before he moves on to a real job.
It must be nice being lightskinneded.

Yall remember when SU acted like getting an offseason program and a new S&C coach was going to
turn things around for SU. Remember how they were acting like this new coach would make a huge difference
in the athletic teams especially football? Well they hired one...
They looked thru all the candidates put that filter on and this is what they came up with:

Yep....she was the right shade...perfect for SU
She did such a good job...just like the SU folks wanted
Old Coach Fingers took the football team from 4 wins in 2011 to FOUR wins in 2012.
Thats a grand total of a ZERO game improvement.
But that dont matter...she lightskinndeded.

Really GR. Sandy Pugh and boyfriend. Really. You need to really rethink that one. Roman Banks brother is a former SU great on the court and Roman is a former SU assistant. Roman was the PEOPLE's Choice for head coach. If anything, Sandy had no choice because that's who EVERYBODY in BR wanted was Banks or either his brother. Folks been beyotching about us not hiring him for years even before Spivery got hired.
