Where African American Live by Population

I hate when people just out right lie. Just say you made and error and stop trying to justify it. Here are his words:

LMAO, i'm the one that made the error when you clearly took one part of what I said and totally ignored the other.

Some of you are just using downright ridiculous logic lol. The state of GA has almost 10 million people....3 million of which are African American. That's less than a third yet you say Georgia shouldn't have been red in the election. *facepalm* And the majority of that is either in or right around Atlanta. Blacks aren't the majority anywhere in GA other than the city of Atlanta so no, Georgia wasn't expected to be blue and likely won't be for quite a while. Same for Louisiana and Mississippi. Having a high number of blacks doesnt = majority. And we all know the non black non hispanic southerners AREN'T voting democrat so...ho are they supposed to be red? IF that happens it'll only be because of the increase of the hispanic population. People don't seem to realize that the only reason FL goes blue is because of the massive amount of northern and westerners that choose to retire there otherwise they'd be red just like GA.

Once again for the slow. As far as the city of Atlanta part, I would think it was common sense that I wasn't talking about counties with 30 people. But I guess that needed to be broken down for some of you.

Go ask your mother that question.

That is a statement with know contingency liar.

JROCK,

It makes no sense arguing with someone who strongly believes in the status quo. The word CHANGE does not exist in their vocabulary. They are like the slaves who refused to accept the end of slavery because they could not think of anything else to do.

Thanks, I started the thread just to have decent conversation. I really wasn't looking for all of that extra stuff.

JROCK,

I have a hypothetical question. If a small town has a total of five (5) citizens, three (3) are Black, and two (2) are White, which group is in the majority?

A. Blacks
B. Whites
C. Neither

I know you know the answer, but handkerchief heads get very confused because they only see themselves as three-fifths (3/5) humans, which means they would be one-fifth (1/5) short of being equal to Whites in the scenario given in the hypothetical question above.

Y'all need to send a few 100K blacks to MS. That way, you'd have two federal senators and a Gov. And once the state house and senate are taken over, you can gerrymander all the districts to have a bunch of reps. Of course the Feds will be all over MS then.

That's wrong.

Albany has over 70% black population. Savannah also has a majority black population. So does Augusta. So does Macon. None of those cities are close to metro Atl.

JROCK said:
JR, what he is saying is not true. There are not only cities but counties in Georgia ran by and predominately black. A lot of people talk without doing research. Examples are Savannah has a 56% black population, Augusta 55%, Valdosta 51%

JAG89, Some of these people would argue that pig isn't pork and then get belligerent about it. :emlaugh:

That's because they hate seeing any change in the status quo, which is Whites are the majority everywhere in this country. Also, they think Black folks are only three-fifths (3/5) human, which means it would take five (5) Blacks to equal three (3) Whites.
