I don't know what Evangel has this year but they are up in North Louisiana clobbering folks. Last night they beat Texarkana, Texas 54-7. The week before they beat Shreveport Huntington 61-0. Looks like they are on another collision course with John Curtis. By lately you must mean 2009 and 2010 because Curtis is 2011 defending state champions.

Curtis last 11 years championships:

2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011

The years Curtis didn't win, Evangel won 09 and 10. I thought Evangel won last season also, but I was wrong lol.

Evangel has a good test next week. They travel to Lake Charles' Alfred Barbe. If Evangel is not real this year, Barbe will expose them.

I would like to see John Curtis invite Texas' Euless Trinity to Louisiana for the Sugar Bowl Classic. Trinity beat Curtis 3 or 4 years ago.

Yep.
Dude don't look fast when you see him but he got some speed on him. Madison Central got loads of track guys on defense so speed for them is usually not a problem. :tup:

I don't think Redemptorist has very much this year. They are 0-3 thus far including a 48-0 thrashing from Live Oak the week before.
