So your latest diversion is to tell us to go ask our AD? Wow...thats sad. This is a SWAC discussion board. Cant you just tell us why they sent your AD home? We would like to know

MH,

Are they about to shut ya'll down? Viv is a busy lady. She keeps VERY busy in Jackson. Very busy. She only has time to get her hair done and to take care of business. Your AD might have a job if he operated like ole Viv. In fact, maybe we should send her ya'll way! WHo ya'll really need is Braddy or Culberson. They would get ya'll right FINALLY!

Any word on what Stacy did to get sent to the house.

Hey Mh

Viv says she.can't tell me what happened...can you give us some insight on what is happening at ASU. We are really concerned. And please no diversions this time.

The athletic committee of Alabama State University’s Board of Trustees met on Friday with no public acknowledgement of the university’s two biggest issues: the status of athletic director Stacy Danley and the construction progress of the $62 million Hornet Stadium.

Senior associate athletic director Melvin Hines, who has been in charge while Danley has been on administrative leave with pay, met privately with new university president Joseph Silver and others prior to the meeting, but the meeting itself was a forum for nine of the university’s 11 head coaches to give updates on their respective sports.

Danley, who has a year remaining on his contract, was reportedly asked to take a settlement and leave his position, but has refused. Under the terms of his contract, he must be given a formal hearing where he will be notified of the charges against him. Currently, he has been given no reason for being placed on administrative leave.

..can you give us some insight on what is happening at ASU.
sure.
Football team has a game tonight. The stadium is shaping up very nice. I love the way it sits right at the interstate. It strikes quite an impressive view from I-85.
Tuesday, ASU received a multimillion dollar grant, which will allow the vision 2020 plan to continue on
ASU's new president took office earlier this week.

It's A Great Time To Be A Hornet!

Get Ready said:
We are really concerned
ummm "thanks" for your "concern".
:scared:

Thanks for the info blank but I want to know what MH knows instead of that bull about a stadium. The masses are concerned about Stacy. We have to hear about every thing else that goes on at bamastate why can't we know whats wrong with Stacy.

Hey MH....do you think y'all Woulda won tonight if y'all hada played in the new stadium?

Come on MH...gotta take the good with the bad.
what Stacy do?

GR,
Viv is lying to you. You know damn well that she knows. Go back and tell her that you demand to know. Don't leave until she gives you the information you want/need.

luxury suites are sold out, 20k apiece per year, minimum of 5 years.

Any news about what happened to Stacy

And anybody that pays 100K to watch BamaState play football is a damn fool.
yall can take that lie somewhere else...aint nobody doing that
Maybe they fired Stacy for telling that lie

damn lie! :shame:   5 years, 100K. To watch Bama State! who you think gon believe this! :lmao:

LMAOOOOO!!!!

so the asu today magazine arrived at my house this week. inside back cover says suites are sold out. the accompaning article says there are seats in the stadium available, suites are sold out, and there are a limited number of reserved premium seats still available (refering to the loge boxes and club seating). In addition to suites, 3 sections of the south lower bowl are also sold out. individual game tickets went on sale on sept 17th.
as for pricing no changes on the website. suites 19,500, loge boxes 7k for 7 home games (so 1k a game), and club seats are $100/game

if they are lying I guess they'll maintain their lie until the end. so of yall seem to believe you know more about bama state ticket sales than anyone else. so that's the school's line on the suites.

Now the President is on paid leave. Claiming the money is funny and the board put him out to pasture. And he is a former SACS guy. If he is right, SACs is going to play dice with your boards balls.

Wow...now this is a mess. Makes you wish that all somebody did was flicker her tongue. When will this mess end? Such turmoil ...

Damn Bama State. First sports violations, the Joe Reed incident, now massive coverup of corruption?! I hope they do the right thing and fully investigate Silver's findings and what he "stumbled upon".
