Good lawd! How do they do that? Sub 19.85? :smh: I was told back in jr high that you can't coach speed. So, the "folx" lol setup these drills to make us all faster during spring/summer camps through the years. I'm not sure it actually worked but the vertical did go up as I was dunking as a fish lol. I was very normal speed wise and the truth came out when it was time for me to compete in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay. :smh: Can you say.... SMOKED?! :emlaugh: I'm thinking coach(es) had it wrong for your boy. It's real easy to LOOK like you have speed on a fball field w/ pads/helmet on running away from defenders. It's another we're you're in a lane going head to head.

How you know the Bolt gonna run a 19.85? You been going to the Bayou long enough to get on the juice that allows you to tell the future.
 
Gold: Bolt
Silver: Blake
Bronze:Anaso

Thats my predicition. Bolt will set a record too...not sure olympic or world..but it will be one or both. If you saw the semi...he was damn near jogging near the end..he only sped up when Anaso was gaining.

Wrong on both accounts not being funny but I am certain with the seasonal best he ran today that is it for him...and Wallace Spearman will figure into this medal count trust me unless he false start or pull up injuried and even then I can't see it happening...and before you Zealous Jsu people jump all over me...the difference is that Anaso has had a long collegiate season and most of these guys did not start competing until late Spring...Anaso is young and if everything fall into place for him in the next 4 years I can see him being a medal contender then!

what is the second account that im wrong on? First two medal are locked in...third is for whoever lol And Bolt will break a record.

The men's 200m World record is 19.19 and Olympic record is 19.30 both by held by Bolt there will be no world record..London do not have the perfect weather conditions

Anaso get's 8th place in 200m finals...Jamaica get's 1 thru 3 places a first...No Records set...Bolt wins in 19.32...Again Congrats to Anaso!

look like he slowed up the last few meters coulda broke that 19.30 record



Im wanna see Blake in 2016 tho....at this rate...Gold is in his future.
