Intervention is needed. Both of them need a lot of couch time. Dez mom was 14 when he was born. She has not been involved in his life for the most part. Hope both of them are able to get things work out.
 
Man o Man so we defend Dez bryant because his mom was a drug dealer/crackhead and all the facts havent come out. What about Joe Pa, all the facts havent come out in his situation but we stone him to death. His family have yet to come out with their side but we have already took sides. people are funny

Exactly man. . . The only defense is if she is flat out lying. .. Her past, her lifestyle, whatever she was wearing, whatever she stole, whatever she said to him. . . If he struck his momma with anything, aint no excuse. . Leave. Walk away. Call the cops yourself if she hitting you. But unless she got a gun/knife or she is in the act of abusing a child, what excuse do you have to strike your mother ??

I heard an interesting point as it relates to this is unfortunate situation and how we view the NFL. Dez Bryant can get into an altercation with mother. Other players can get pinched for multi-state drug running scheme, illegal gun possession or placing bounties on opposing players.

Yet, the NFL is tremendously popular. But if similar drama happened in the NBA, millions of people would declare, "that's why I don't watch the NBA." Interesting dichotomy to say the least.

BTW, I don't think anyone is attempting to defend dude or his actions against his mother, if true, or even advocating that sons now have a parade of sorts to whoop their mother's ass. I think most are saying lets wait until the factual truth comes out.
