Bobby Jindal


Not surprised at all. Lombardi has spoke out against "Booby" and how he slashed LSUs budget.
 



What folks failed to realize, this dude grew up and attended high school (Grace King) in Jefferson Parish during the time when Harry Lee was sheriff, a known Asian American like Jindal that made it fair game for his officers to racially profile African American. Jindal's demigod philosophy is not by accident.
 
Some will not like me saying this. It seems like a lot of voters like the job he is doing. He was re-elected by a large margin. It looks like to me that he has not changed.

I am curious about how many voters who are dissatisfied with his job performance voted for him. Louisiana is not the only state. Look at Wisconsin and the recall effort.
 
Bobby Jindal is just a puppet for people like Mike Foster, who was the governor when S.U. Law Center made a special part-time program for his convenience. They are working through him to get most things in Louisiana privatized.

Did Jindal have a strong candidate oppose him when he re-ran? Somebody? ANYBODY?


Well, maybe he could be impeached, if the Louisiana folks make enough noise to get him out of office.
 
Long term pensions will be a thing of the past! Hello 401K! He moves very fast. Has almost 4 years left in his tenure. I see a mass EXODUS of people leaving Louisiana!

We have that on my job now. Alot of government and private companies are moving towards this. It isnt bad. You just need to know how the stock market works. You can actually double your money within the matter of months.

That's the kicker right there, most of "our" folks don't know anything about the market, so they won't begin to know how the market works, especially the young ones fresh out of school. All the companies do is give you the prospectus on various stocks in your 401K and say go figure it out on your own.

What is needed is something that my Roth IRA company does. They will, for free, take all your prospectus and based on your goals, design a plan for you and you can do this as many times a year as you like. I do it at least twice a year, and my 401K has done very well.

Trust Tpop, I had no clue about the stock market, but you best believe since my money was involved I learned any and everything I could. I dont know the whole logistics, but I know enough that I dont lose that much money. Trust, black folks will learn if there's money involved. Especially if it's their money involved.

Hate to say it because I was the one saying I would never leave, but me and mine got Georgia on the mind very soon. He's going after my baby's teacher retirement .... can't have that.

On that 401K thing, I could use more info considering mine is continuing with me in the new location. Any suggestions?

I just started to read the prospectus on their 5 and 10 year plans and see how they do over the long haul. Watching the stock market for a few hours and seeing what stocks are on the upward climb and which ones are starting to fall. Then reading things on here concerning stock tips.

Best thing to do. Find a Investment group to hook up with. You dont have to join them in investing, but just bounce ideas off them to see how they go about picking their stock options.

Jindal is pushing privatization of government services and institutions so that Louisiana's big business individuals can get richer, such as the State issuing school vouchers so that a large number of students can attend private schools. These big business folks that are pulling Jindal's strings are mostly Evangelical Christian Right Wing Conservative. It's strange that just in a few years a bunch private ran Christian schools have popped up all over Louisiana. Also, yesterday in Rapides Parish, LA, which is the area I'm from, the School Board decided not to renew its school superintendent contract. A parent that spoke out in favor of not renewing the superintendent contract found it "very concerning" that the superintendent testified in favor of Gov. Bobby Jindal's education reforms at the state Legislature, which goes to say there are people working in key government positions that are helping Jindal to destroy government ran institutions. If Jindal's plan goes into full effect, the only people that would benefit from Jindal's reform is those with enough capital to take over the jobs that used to be ran by State, which will eventually lead to the average citizen in Louisiana to pay three to four times as much to live in Louisiana without any increase in salary. Once that happens, there definitely would be a mass exodus in Louisiana.
