Reports state the police did not even test George Zimmerman for drugs/alcohol after the shooting.

The arrogance of this police chief is just too much for me!!

They solved this crime while standing in the parking lot in less than one day. Wow!!!
 



The worst part is when that voice analysis comes back and it's the young boys.....the police chief should be brought up on civil rights charges.

It's already starting to happen CT. After hearing Democracy Now this morning, it was very telling.
 
The manual from the Neighborhood Watch program states:


"It should be emphasized to members that they do not possess police powers. And they shall not carry weapons or pursue vehicles."

According to Chris Tutko, the director of the National Neighborhood Watch program, there are about 22,000 registered watch groups nationwide, and Zimmerman was not part of a registered group, which police were not aware of at the time of the incident.

southsuburbs, you're doing a pretty good job keeping up with this! :tup: That's we all need to do, keep demanding updates and information on this, and to be mad as hell and stay mad.

I am forwarding the links you post to my friends and family. We need to keep blowing this up until justice is brought to Trayvon's family for his murder.
 
Normally the pressure doesn't get turn up on Black men until they are of the legal age 18. Trayvon was still a minor. Zimmerman is a cowardly adult murdering a minor. This is injustice at the highest.

I haven't had a chance to listen but several of my friends and Roland Martin said that at about the 2:21 mark, right after Zimmerman says "he's running"...he mutters something under his breath.

Word is what he muttered under his breath was "fugging c**n".

I gotta listen today.

The Florida police department handling the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teen by a self-appointed neighborhood watch leader admitted to ABC News tonight that investigators missed a possible racist remark by the shooter as he spoke to police dispatchers moments before the killing.

The admission comes a day after the Justice Department announced that it has launched an investigation of the slaying of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman last month as a possible hate crime.

On a tape of one of Zimmerman's 911 calls the night of the shooting, he is heard saying under his breath what sounds like "f**ing coons." Seconds later he confronted Martin and after a brief scuffle shot him dead.

Zimmerman claimed self defense, and was not charged with any crime.

It's the latest in a series of possible police missteps uncovered by ABC News.

The Sanford Police Department has come under withering criticism for failing to reach out to Martin's girlfriend, who was talking to the teen on his cell phone and heard the altercation with Zimmerman take place.

Among other issues, police have been criticized for:

Withholding a batch of telling 911 calls, including the one revealing Zimmerman's possible racist remark.

Sending a narcotics detective to the scene, instead of a homicide detective, as is typical for homicides.

And failing to administer a drug and alcohol test to Zimmerman that night, which homicide investigator Rod Wheeler called a "fatal flaw in the investigation."

I've had to stop reading articles and watching news about this tragedy. The more I watch and read involving this tragedy the angrier I get....even to the point of tears. This idiot pursued this child like he was some animal and killed him. May God have mercy on his soul if he gets off free from killing this child.....smh.
 
There are self-appointed community watch people (racist white folks) all over the country. In Kenner, LA I know of this one white dude who rides his Harley Davidson motorcycle all around town to check on construction projects. He considers himself a self-appointed residential inspector for the City of Kenner. But it makes me wonder if they are self-appointed or were they asked by others in some type of position to do what they do. I believe the police department along with the police chief in Trayvon Martin's case might have some type of relationship with Zimmerman.

That sounds like he's stealing. Or scoping construction sites for stuff to steal.

I wish a "self-appointed residential inspector" would stop by one on my projects. First of all, that's trespassing. Secondly, he has no authority to tell me anything and definitely no power to enforce anything. He would be quickly eased on down the road. :lol:

Last I heard, the City of Kenner, LA gave him a job. Let someone Black do what any of this crazy white boys are doing. The police would be all over them.

I listened early yesterday and at 1:52 mark it is without a doubt in my mind...he said that
