It be more than black people who be tearing up doors. It be all races. Matter of fact, It be more Asian,white and Spanish people camping out for those kicks more than Blacks do. Society just stererotype with our cullture.

It just an regular nike shoe really.Nike has made the shoe so limited. its about 100 people in line camping out and the store only received about 10-15 pairs if that many, everyone that camping out will not get a pair.
 
I never said other folks don't do it because I have seen soccer moms duke it out over a tickle me elmo and parking spots on black Friday. However, I just have never seen other items such as Harry Potter or Iphone lead to to such chaos. I am not talking about chaos in one place. Chaos across the country.

Google Cabbage Patch doll and Beanie Baby craze. LOL There was a lot of riots and chaos all over the country for those items.

I never said phones cost thousands of dollars.

All I said there are folks who seemingly have no problem buying new, expensive phones every 6 to 12 months

We all know people who have done that. Even though they've bought the iPhone 4, eight months later they got the iPhone 4s the first day it comes out.

Understandable Kenneth, but what makes those ugly, glow in the dark, shoes worth all that?

The Retail Price is 220 plus tax so maybe like 231. The Shoes are so limited that people are going to sell them for triple the price, or even more for what they paid for them. Ebay and NikeTalk going to be busy as heck tomorrow morning.
 
And most who buy those shoes wouldn't give a second thought to buying a season ticket to HBCU football games which can include basketball.
