Downing, of Smiths Station, Ala., was taken into custody by New Orleans police about 10 p.m. Detectives met Downing, 32, at his attorney's office in Mid-City and then took him to Central Lock-Up, where he was booked with one count of sexual battery and one count of obscenity

I don't know.

They don't exactly advertise, you know.

However, the fact that they are out there is well-documented.

Any man who tries too hard to prove that he's straight is suspect to me. Actually, I think this overly homophobic attitude many black men exhibit is suspect. If you're straight and you know it, you're comfortable with yourself and don't have to prove anything to anyone. Acting all hard and scared means you're probably quick to suck a dick or take it up the ass.

Blue, he could have put Krystal burgers on his head to he smothered him and covered him in orange soda, but when he crossed the line into sexual assault, that is intolerable in society. If this were friends goofing around and doing this sick mess to the first drunk, that is on them and how they "party", but this was in the public domain with witnesses. And what would happen if it were a female drunk and someone did this. And what would happen to you and I if we stood around laughing at a female passed out was treated that way?
 
Now that this dude is in the Orleans Parish jail, I bet he gets plenty of nuts on his forehead.

I feel ya but the fact of the matter it wasn't a female and something born out of their culture (nothing new)

Believe me if the shoe was on the other foot I promise you they wouldn't be tracking an LSU fan across state lines.

i am certainly comfortable with myself and quite enjoy the fact that i haven't had another mans harry sac on my forehead. if i'm that dude in the video, I've washed my face and neck with ajax a couple of times by now and gone to my primary physcian to make sure I don't have neck v.d.

what i really want to know is where were the victims friends? i know he didn't go to the game by himself. he put himself out there bad, passed out drunk on burbon but his boys certainly didn't help him out. they'd definitely be out of the fav 5 circle.
