Same offensive line... Doug tried to change to a more qb oriented pro-style attack with emphasis on a different pass blocking and run blocking scheme. He discovered that it wasn't clicking...the qb play was spotty, the line play was shoddy, and he (obviously) was using the wrong back. Well, not being a stubborn azz like some coaches can be while also not making changes just on the whim of fans like some weak azz coaches will do, Doug kept the elements of his philosophy that the guys could adapt to while going with some the things they liked. Oh, and it helped when Roberts debuted
(4th game into the season) with 27 carries and 197 yards versus A&M. When he followed up with a 27 carry 179 yard effort against PV, Doug went even moreso to the old zone blocking scheme.

We still chunk it deep if you're caught napping, but we just ask our qb's to move the chains and execute the big play when called. It's been working lately and since it always seems to work against yall (whatever we run), it's gonna be another day of folks in blue leaving the game pissed off. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. (snicker)
