I don't see how the worker got him a felony. That boy got the felony on his own. He can't blame nobody but himself for being too dumb to fulfill a simple request. You're right though...the felony was unwarranted, and for the simplicity of the matter, it could have been easily avoided. You can't blame nobody but that boy for being rebellious (if I can say that).

I don't think this has anything to do with race or jealousy.

I can see that foolish boy crying now,

"The only reason he told me to pull my pants up is because I'm black". NO DUMBASS!!!! HE TOLD YOU TO PULL YOUR PANTS UP BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO BE FORCED TO LOOK AT YOUR SLOPPY LOOKING ASS!!!! It IS amazing! None of us are happy he is in the system...especially over something as silly as this. But he did this to himself. You can't be mad because he decided to put himself in the system. The system didn't even have to be involved in this. That idiot boy CHOSE to involve the system, and the system is what he has to deal with for the rest of his life.

I can see it now...his hiring manager is gonna ask him what the felony on his record is for, and he is gonna say that he didn't want to pull his pants up at the airport. So he got sent to jail. :lol:

But I am happy that somebody is taking some kind of initiative and telling these gay boys to pull their pants up. And he can't say that this is him expressing his "individuality"...cause all those gay boys do it too.

No one should be happy about this. However this was started at the HOUSE and in the COMMUNITY. If MOMMA and whoever was the sperm donor she claims to be his father didn't let him walk around like that and/or buy pants 4 sizes too big-we wouldn't have this conversation.

The same for his community and church and black leaders that didn't enforce it that sagging is not acceptable. I mean how many schools and businesses have in thier rules or signs banning sagging yet these dumb negros refuse to follow the rules. Then get mad when they get arrested or get a ticket.

Yet like so many he CHOSE to join the criminal community. And it will keep on going until the black community stops defending and making excuses for this behavior.


He should know folks don't care for sagging-the school district that he came from BANS it.

You get suspended in San Francisco ISD for sagging.
The community college that he came from-same thing it's not allowed on campus.

He was jailed for a day in San Mateo County on suspicion of trespassing, battery and resisting arrest before being released on $11,000 bail Thursday. Sheriff's deputies said there was also an outstanding warrant for Marman from Santa Clara County on a marijuana possession charge.

San Francisco police, who took Marman off the plane, said he had refused the pilot's orders and had taken 15 minutes to leave. His family disputed that, saying Marman had pulled up his pants after boarding the plane and thought the problem had been solved after a visit from the pilot.

How could this behavior be justified? There is no way it can be. Yeah, he can scream and yell about hypocrisy if he wants to. But how much do you want to bet that almost anybody else that was asked to fix their clothes would have done so without a fuss? Most people have the common sense to pick the right battles to fight. He didn't, and now his lack of common sense got him to where he is. Did I mention the 3.0 gpa? Guess education and common sense really DON'T go hand in hand after all.
 
I think all of this is total bullshit. This rule/law is targeted towards a certain group of people. Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna see a dude's boxers any more than anyone else, but come on, you have women walking in some of these same places with daisy dukes on with their ass hanging all out and some wearing shirts so low cut that their titty is about to pop out. Is there a law against that, which actually shows more than a dude with sagging pants. Don't get me wrong, if a titty is about to pop out, as a man I will most definitely look, lol, but these laws have no consistency whatsoever.

A law that would require a woman to pull her skirt up...hmm...nice law.

But we all know that society has placed rules in place that are generally biased against men, and minorities. Sometimes, as men, we have to grit our teeth and bare it.
 
If you know one of my triggers for anger it is when people sag! To this day I still don't see the significance of it and it make the person that is doing it very perverse and IT JUST DON'T MAKE NO SENSE TO BE SHOWING YOU ARSE IN PUBLIC LIKE THAT :noidea:!
 
Fort Worth - A new policy for city buses in Fort Worth, Texas requires all riders to pull up their pants before boarding. The transit agency calls it 'Pull 'em up or find another ride'

This gem of a find comes from Reuters, who report that Ft. Worth, Texas has now implemented a law that says anyone who is 'sagging' their pants, and exposing their underwear, or buttocks, will not be allowed to board a bus in the town.

Republican Florida Gov. Rick Scott signed a bill Thursday banning students from wearing sagging pants. The bill bans exposure of "underwear or body parts in an indecent or vulgar manner."

The first offense will require a notification to the parent and a warning to the student. The student will be barred from extracurricular activities on the second offense and will be suspended for three days on the third offense.

Georgia, Louisiana and Flint, Michigan have had similar laws.

That's exactly the point I was trying to make. Like I said, I'm all for dude's pulling their pants up. I don't wanna see that shit, but these laws are very biased.

Its a good sign the society is functioning well when Violators go to jail.

I guess it makes your feel good when violators are allowed to continue in society.

You are wasting your time with these uppity azz folks. They rejoice when a black man goes to prison, and rally to fight when a white person is done wrong. The color white is superior to them. If you notice it is the same folks, they hate black women, they hate poor black folks, they hate the hood, they hate black folks who don't go to college. True! It just goes to show that it takes a black person to get things done.

For instance:

Black folks getting more educated? Legislature passes these stupid laws that tie teacher's hands even tighter. Besides some members in the legislature already believe that education is an asset ONLY for the "privileged".

Black folks wear their clothes a certain way? Legislature passes a law that prohibits this. I actually don't have a huge problem with this one, seeing that the laws are made in response to the silly ways folks wear their clothes.


I'd like to think that "we" control the law. We might not make the laws themselves. But you can't say we don't have a big influence on the laws that are made. Black folks act? Legislature reacts. Too bad the stupid laws that are made affect EVERYBODY (not just black folks). Just a thought.
