Re-marrying or getting back with your ex?

That sir is a BOLD BALD FACED LIE! If my ex-husband was on fire, I wouldn't spit or piss to help put the flames out!
Such hostility!!! Man!!!

If you had a cup of water in your hand, you'd drink it before throwing it his fiery way, huh???

Dude better pray for a monson or something b/c O isn't helping. I'd turn & look the other way & keep it moving. Once you burn your bridges with me there is no turning back.

Damn, what do you all have against being married? :-) Dang, I feel like the odd man out! Am I missing something:-)?

Nothing, Buckie! Marriage can be a beautiful thing. I respect it, and I love to see married couples who are still in love! Hell, I still believe in love. But I really don't think marriage is for everyone. I just so happen to be one of those people. I don't regret my marriage, and I got the most precious thing in this world to me from that union- my Sweet Face. I won't say 'never' but I don't see myself re-marrying. I love who I am un-attached. Not sure if my mind and heart will ever change. That's something God will have do. For now, I'm soooooo good where I am and just don't wanna disturb that. But to those who are married, more power to them! You are a BLESSED man if you were fortunate enough to find your Queen first go around! Life didn't go that way for some of us, and that's OK, too.

From experience...not again. The same reasons it didn't work beforeee...are usually the same reasons it doesn't work again. :teleport: Besides, with all these billions of dycks I ain't rode...Puh-lease! :lickey:

you seem still hurt about it right now.

Time has a way of healing old wounds.

Not that you'll marrying him again, but you'll reminisce fondly about him again.

But the bigger issue I see is some women braggin' about their wonderful man
and they're not married to him.

If it's all that good and he's the best thing since facebook
then why don't they get married?

Right I was gonna make a thread asking you ladies how do you know a dude really cares for you?

Because if I truly love you, beyond that bedroom stuff, I'm gonna give you my last name
and become responsible for you.

anybody can fugg, but who can become one??

Only a FOOL would do the exact same thing over and over again and expect the result to be different. Only a plum fool...

If you are fool enough, then more power to you. But not for me...never ever again.

I hear what ya'll saying about not going back to an ex (and I agree) and dealing with the same stuff.

But what about those people who have changed and not the same person they were when married to them? People do change. People grow up, mature, get therapy (), etc.

that's why marriage is a never ending work, people may change but you guys work to change together.

What about those people? If you (not you specifically) thought that therapy would save your marriage, then why bother getting the divorce AND the therapy...only to get married again? Therapy ain't guaranteed to work. And people do change...sometimes for better sometimes for worse. But if you leave them for circumstances that are beyond your control and you believed there was no going back cause you were unhappy, then why go back down that road that may lead to unhappiness again?

Nope not hurt by a long shot anymore....we have been divorced now for going on 9yrs. I've healed & moved on with my life...I have people whom I still care about to a degree, he is not one of them. As far as the reminicing goes...why would I want to sit up & waste my time thinking about the part of my past that hurt? If it does cross my mind all I say is "thank you for walking out of my life & making me stronger."

Damn i guess ima a fool then. Well ole boom wasnt always this wise, lol. I was young dumb and full of cum. Had a good woman but mistreated her and took her for granted. Lied just to lie. I can admit as a man now that i was dumb as a muthafukka for treating that woman like i did. When my parents died, i went in a really bad state but bc we were always friends she really helped me out when i was damn near on the brink of going crazy. I realized i had a good woman and i had a great friend in her too. I worked hard to get her trust back and we been going strong now for 2 years. Even moved to be closer to her. It might not work for some of yall to go back but ima lucky summabitch that she took me back.

If you sincere in yo changed ways i see nothing wrong. But if not, keep pushing bc not everybody is as lucky as me.
