Donald Trump and the Birther Debate

On this birther issue Trump is actually smarter than this.

Come Mak, Obama has a U.S. passport. You need to show a birth certificate to get a U.S. passport. He was born in Hawaii. This is the dumbest debate ever.

I agree!

Come on now bruh, they will give them to you, but don't they do a background check on you? Also let's keep it real, America does three thousand back ground checks on a black man for a driver license, yet they are going to let a black man get away with being the President of the USA? If these folks knew Obama was telling a lie, they would have nailed his azz before the Dem Convention. Please, you honestly believe these folks in the USA didn't research and research beyond the normal checks for a black man?

These are excellent points.

I say let these birther fools keep acting a fool so the world can see just how crazy they are. They ain't hurting nobody but themselves and the REPUB party. Obama need to do just what he has been doing...........Ignoring their azzes.

Besides.
No matter what he do, those idiots will continue to rant about him not being born here and him supporting Muslim nations becausee "he is a Muslim". Thats what they say and Obama don't even need to waste time on those fools.

And BTW:
Anybody that actually think a man with the baggage Donald Trump has will actually make a run for President, you crazy. This is just free pub for Trump and his quest to be a Hollywood Star. This mofo got more "get spotlight" skills than Palin.

Trump has more spotlight skills than a lot of people. I thought he was trying to get friendly with the Tea Party at first. Now, I am beginning to think that it (the quest to be a star) is the big reason why he is doing this.

And Mak... he has given/shown what he was given by the State of Hawaii...

Hawaiian officials have come out and said he was born in that state. They even have statements on their Health Department website specifically addressing the issue.

Heck even the Republican governor of Arizona vetoed their birther bill today.

Who would have thought of it? The governor is the republican in the state who is making some sense.

This is why Trump is doing all of this now.

Is Trump playing us for suckers?

(CNN) -- The disappointing thing about most phonies is that they don't have staying power. Once they get caught, they give it up and skulk off into the night, never to be heard from again. Think of Rosie Ruiz, say, who pretended to win the Boston Marathon by sneaking out of a crowd of bystanders ahead of everybody in the last half-mile of the race.

That's why I like Donald Trump so much. When it comes to pretending to run marathons, he never quits.

For more than 20 years he's been periodically popping out of the bushes to declare that he "might" be running for president of the United States, or that he's "considering" it, or even considering it "very seriously," or (his ultimate statement of intent) really thinking about it "more seriously than ever before."

.
.
.
.

Bottom line: Put up or shut up time for Trump may now be at hand. Trump reportedly claims to be holding off on a renewal with NBC for his TV show, and driving up his ratings with his pretend-presidential bid may be his way to gain the upper hand in any talks.

But if the strategy doesn't work, and NBC doesn't give him the deal he wants, his bluff will be called. Then he'll have no choice but to declare his candidacy and file a full financial disclosure statement, which is required of all candidates -- a document that could wind up making him the laughingstock of the nation, and at a minimum would have hundreds of reporters combing through it, line by line, for months and even years on end to find out just how much Mister Big Stuff is really worth.

My bet is that, faced with all that, he'll finally take the Rosie Ruiz escape hatch and stop pretending to run in marathons he knows he can't win.

I made it pretty much clear in an earlier post that if by some miracle Trump gets the GOP nod I would be voting Libertarian. Trump is a RINO. What die hard conservative would donate money to Hillary Clinton and Harry Reed's campaigns? Talking about it was a business move. What kind of business move? Like I said he's a RINO! But as I have pointed out numerous times throughout this debate, the birthers aint letting this go, and Trump is dead in front on it. I don't know why he hasn't been flamed on yet because of this......

Donald Trump Blames The Blacks For Obama’s Presidency

I'm finding it hard to concentrate on anything else when I look at your signature, LOL!! GOT DAYUM!! :D

lmao..You are right man. I find it VERY difficult to even understand the "educated" democratic folk.

I am more of a conservative mind... but it's only a few issues I can't stand with Republicans. Due to how this country was formed.. I do believe there is a need for affirmative action. Because with out it whites have the natural tendacy to look out for their own. I see it here at my job a good bit.. But out side of thatand the fact both parties had their hands in some kind of form of oppresion of blacks that kind of bothers me.

So I am independant. I had to damn near fight a black cat here for questioning me in front of the other FEW blacks on why I wasn't voting for Obama...smh

I told him I was voting for Ron Paul.. He ain't know who Ron Paul was... So I embarressed him by pointing out the simple fact, most of them were too ignorant to not even know ALL of the possible candidates on the ticket!

So the argument shifted.. I said If Ron Paul wasn't on the ticket I had no one to vote for so I wouldn't vote...

He brought up the usual line.."Our people faught for us to vote".. I told him "NO.. they fought for us to have the RIGHT to vote"....

Then I asked him.."If you had an option of voting for 2 things to eats or not vote and stick with what you already have in the fridge and the 2 pieces of food to vote for was not to your liking would you vote than eat one of them when you was already fine with what you had in the fridge?"

The fool told me.. How about you poor relatives? I said.. What about them? Fool said.. "Atleast vote for them"...LMAO

I told that clown.. "Dude you are fuged up in the head so many ways and your thinking is shared by a lot of lost people.. My poor relatives HAVE their right to vote..I told him, they are poor because of the democratic policies that enable them and make them NOT want to do shyt... and I know this because they said it! I will not vote to further this poor choice of living"...

For some sick reason.. a lot of blacks with degrees feel GUILTY for doing RIGHT and getting their life together.. And they feel voting for the POOR people is some kind of damn charity.

Brah... our people are JACKED up all kind of ways!

Man, welcome to my world! lol The sad thing is, these same die hard educated black Dems will engage in political debate with a white republican or white independent and basically have a cordial exchange of discourse and basically agree to disagree. But let another educated black person have a divergent philosophy and them mofos voices go up about 12 octaves.

I remember during the 2000 election, I was working with the NAACP G.O.T.V. efforts here in MS. Based on the NAACP's 501(c) status, we could not engage in any partisan political activity. To do so would jeopardize the Naacp's status as a non-profit organization. It was amazing to see how many educated dems were up in arms with me and the other guys doaling out work assignments because we wouldn't allow the workers to openly campaign for Gore and other Dems on the ticket. I had to keep reminding them that the Feds funded this program to get minorities to vote, but we could not even suggest who they should vote for. These mofos had stickers made up with "Stay out of the Bushes" and "Beware of the Bush" and put them on the non partisan GOTV signs and handed them out. It's a good thing no republicans saw that crap and reported us. The sad thing is that these buffoons couldn't see that any black people energized to vote, and were first time voters, were not going to vote for Bush!

It was madness like that, and too many other examples of failed leadership and policy that made me switch. Like I said before, a sign of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Man, these cats don't want to hear nothing, and I mean nothing negative about Obama. If Jesus Christ came back and said he didn't believe in what Obama was doing they would turn on him. lol

Trump was also hard on Bush calling him the worse president ever.

I also voted for Bill Clinton, so whats your point? What part of having a changed political view do you not understand?

Man I know some diehard black republicans that said they would NEVER vote for Ron Paul based on the racist stuff he's said in the past towards blacks.

Um, I have never voted a straight ticket either. :lecture:There are many things I disagree with the President on, but I am not naive enough to know that there is no way a black man can become President of the USA without a valid background check. We can't even get a job in the White House or Pentagon with a slight blemish of a record, yet become President of the USA. Bottom line is he caught these folks slipping. They thought they would never see the day that a brother would be sitting in the most powerful position in the world. Their prides and souls were broken that night he won. You saw it in their eyes and faces.

Caught what folks slipping? Obama was elected to office because he got the most "white" votes. Mostly the white female vote. Look at the numbers. We are 12% of the population, and 30% of that are registered voters. Look at the numbers, he won regardless of our votes.

Okay, so now you wanna act like racism is not behind most of this stuff? 90% of the folks on this birther stuff didn't vote for him. Those who did voted because they got caught up. I know it is 2011 and all, but this is America, these folks attitudes ain't changed.

Ex-Hawaii official denounces 'ludicrous' birther claims

"It is real, and no amount of saying it is not, is going to change that," Fukino said. Moreover, she added, her boss at the time, Lingle — who was backing John McCain for president — would presumably have to be in on any cover up since Fukino made her public comment at the governor's office's request. "Why would a Republican governor — who was stumping for the other guy — hold out on a big secret?" she asked.

Her second point — one she made repeatedly in the interview — is that the shorter, computer generated "certification of live birth" that was obtained by the Obama campaign in 2007 and has since been publicly released is the standard document that anybody requesting their birth certificate from the state of Hawaii would receive from the health department.

The document was distributed to the Obama campaign in 2007 after Obama, at the request of a campaign official, personally signed a Hawaii birth certificate request form downloaded on the Internet, according to a former campaign official who asked for anonymity. (Obama was "testy" when asked to sign the form but did so anyway to put the issue to rest, the former campaign official said. The White House has dismissed all questions about the president's birth as "fictional nonsense.")

The certification that the campaign received back —which shows that Obama was born in Honolulu at 7:24 p.m. on Aug. 4, 1961 — was based on the content of the original document in state files, Fukino said.

"What he got, everybody got," said Fukino. "He put out exactly what everybody gets when they ask for a birth certificate."

Dude, how can you even play the race card anywhere in this mix when Obama got the Majority of votes? I guess the people that are criticizing him for not keeping campaign promises in regards to Gitmo, the war effort, the engagement without Congressional consent in Libya and more than doubling the deficit into the trillions are racist too?

Mak, didn't I say I disagree with him on issues? I am not talking about disagreeing with him on issues. I am talking about the birther stuff. The reason Ariz Gov vetoed that bill is because it was passed out of hatred. I dis-agree with him on more than one issus, other races who disagree with him are not racist. Trying to say this man got in office and not be a USA resident is some good ole boy stuff.

I guess this was not racist either? It is playing the race card...

Official apologizes for Obama chimpanzee e-mail
http://edition.cnn.com/2011/POLITICS/04/19/california.apology/index.html?hpt=T2

A California Republican official has apologized for sending an e-mail that depicts President Barack Obama as a young chimpanzee.

"To my fellow Americans and to everyone else who has seen the e-mail I forwarded and was offended by my action, I humbly apologize and ask for your forgiveness of my unwise behavior," Marilyn Davenport said in a statement obtained by CNN.

Davenport, who is a Tea Party activist and an elected member of the central committee of the Republican Party of Orange County, said she felt the e-mail was a joke, CNN affiliate KTLA reported.

The e-mail contains a doctored photo of what appears to be a family portrait of two adult chimpanzees posing with a young chimpanzee with Obama's face pasted on it.

I got a big tail in the front of my pants! lol

That is why we fought for civil rights. To not accept it. That still does not mean it didn't or it is not happening.

You are missing the point. This guy tried to lampoon the current potus the same way the last potus was lampooned. Mabye he didn't get the memo that says you can't do that because the current potus is black.

That guy knew what he was doing. Justifying this is like saying a crackhead didn't know that the crack rock he just lit up will get him high.

Bruh, if he knew what he was doing, then why did he apologize for it? A lot of mofos are just clueless on some things that are offensive. I saw it all the time in the army. Somebody got pissed at me for making a 'Beaner' reference, which I did not know was offensive to hispanics. Think about it....it is quite possible dude was sitting at his computer and saying...

"Whoa, this is a funny photoshop pic of the president as a chimp. They did the same thing to Bush. I'm gonna forward this to the masses!"

Another white dude sees it......."Uhhh, Dude! That was dumb as fock! It's not cool to depict black people as chimps! They really hate that dude!"

The guy who sent it the says......"Whoa!! Man! My bad dude! I didn't know it wasn't cool! Let me apologize before I get my azz kicked!"

A racist mabye, but an idiot....yes!
