NCAA Championship Game

[Bane]

By far the worse first half in the history of the Final Four.

[PsychoJag]

Looks like a good defensive game to me.

[s phi s]

I'm with psycho...it isn't high scoring...but there is some outstanding d being played

[Nonchalant]

UNC aint it so I'm not watching. Who's winning?

Butler by 3 at the half

[Bane]

Looks like a good defensive game to me.

Butler is shooting 22% and UCONN 29%. Neither team could shoot a M16 right now.

[THAMES]

Yep ...

The game has got to get better the second half.

Otherwise ... "the ball is tipped" video at the end may be the highlight of the night.

[jag4life]

Horrible shooting. They are getting good looks but they are off big time.

[Nonchalant]

Butler by 3 at the half

Word. Butler will probably win this year. They play "Dook ball"; very fundamental.

There's good defense and there's god-awful basketball. The first half was the latter.

[SUJagFan]

Nah, both teams were playing good defense.

Many of the shots both teams are settling for are not good shots. They aren't taking good shots because they aren't getting very many.

What game are you watching? Over half of the shots have almost been wide open. Those cats can't shoot tonight.

Good defense alone can't make two teams go a combined 8-41.

Maybe not, but I haven't seen the wide open shots that some folks are seeing. Maybe I need to pay closer attention.

[Storm96]

This is just bad basketball

[philharmonic]

Good defense?!?!?!? Watching this game is like watching some SWAC games! Awful!!!

[Bane]

Good defense?!?!?!? Watching this game is like watching some SWAC games! Awful!!!

 I think SWAC bball is better.

I just said the same thing. This shat looks like SWAC bball.

[SUJagFan]

Three fourths of the game gone and Butler still with no points in the paint?

:noidea:

I wonder what the over/under is for this game? Vegas is probably going to make a ton of money tonight.

[Kendrick]

I think SOME of the credit has to be given to the length of the UConn players, especially on the interior. Butler has no answer for that. Let's see if the Boy Wonder can figure this out.

[Kendrick]

I'm glad Bulls-Suns are on tomorrow so I can watch real basketball.

[JaguarNation99]

They should just hold the title vacant....

[SUJagFan]

So, talent beats the system. Hmmm.
